So as much of a Juggalo as I claim I am, this is my first show ever...yet something feels off
What does this mean: I'm among legit friends, like people I hang out with daily, and with family aka a crew I'm familiar with...yet I still feel isolated and out of my league...what does that say about me?

With it being your first show, maybe you will ease into it, and have fun with everyone there

Just drink another Faygo, you'll be fine. Wow. Thread potential reached in only a couple of posts in. That peaked quickly.

Oh... YOUR first show. I thought you mastered time travel and were using it to see the first ICP show ever

I've felt similar at a couple shows for bands I've really loved.
A few years ago, I saw HIM live... I was a HUGE fan and, admittedly, got into them through watching CKY, Haggard, and other Bam Margera related material. However, this was before "Dark Light" was released so they were still playing stuff from Love Metal and earlier. That show was fun as hell, as it was just people who had heard of them through their own means. A year later, I saw them again after Dark Light's release, at that point... something felt off about the show, then I realized the type of fans who were at last year's show, weren't the same at this year's show. I just couldn't enjoy the show as much because it felt like a bunch of people who hadn't really heard them outside of "Dark Light" and their Wicked Game cover.
Also, I've seen Disturbed twice and Trivium once. Every time I had no idea why, but something felt off about the whole show. Later, Kerry King of Slayer was talking about how Disturbed would choreograph their show to the point of "At this point of the song, I'll put my leg up on the amp and you turn your guitar towards the sky." That's when it hit me as to why it felt off, it just didn't feel as genuine as I like. Trivium felt the same way, I don't know if they choreograph their show the same way or not, but that was a band I was excited to see but something just felt off about the whole show.
That's about as close as I can get to relating, hopefully you can pick something from there and figure out why this show felt off to you.

I've never been a fan of ICP, but I did see them at an indy wrestling show maybe a decade ago. They really brought the energy.
It was ICP & Sabu vs The Lynch Mob, and we actually had to move out of the path of thrown chairs at one point.

I'm always like that at concerts or wrestling shows or whatever. I have social anxiety though. I'll be super excited that I'm going, but once I'm there I don't enjoy myself much.

I've seen them twice. Had a good time each time. Still have an empty faygo bottle somewhere.

I've seen more ICP shows than I count but even if I was still a fan, I can't say I'd be hyped to get out in that craziness again. If anything, I'd be sitting in the back.
