I was watching a Joe Gagne video, and he made a passing reference to short-lived TNA guys like Cheex, Surge, and Stamper. The pic he showed had some guy in a rabbit suit holding a baseball bat. I NEED to know more about this gimmick.

The name was actually Stomper, and I think actually did show up on a PPV once but only the one time. Here's a picture.

Only news I remember seeing was it wasn't a worker under it initially and there was speculation it'd lead to an attack on someone but never any deal rumors to that.

Around 1996, WCW had Wildcat Willie and WWF gave the Bushwackers a kangaroo mascot. Around 20 years later, their child shows up in TNA.
I hope they still have the costume and should WWE ever buy TNA out, they can add it to their collection. I desperately want one of those Raw nostalgia shows to feature an old-school gimmick battle royal comprised of this guy, the Gobbledy Gooker, the aforementioned Wildcat Willie and Bushwacker-roo, Swagger's Freedom Eagle, Rose's Bunny...

The Mantaur head count even if it's not the original worker in it?

Whoa whoa whoa... as a fine connoisseur of this kind of shit in Wrestling, how has the existence of a SECOND Wildcat Willie been kept from me!?!?! I swear, if I find out there's a second Gooker I've somehow missed I'm going to re-evaluate my entire life.
