Ah, here is the answer to the supply question "Sony recently announced that it would ready 400,000 PS3s in North America and another 100,000 in Japan for the system's launch. Nintendo said it plans to ship 4 million Wii units worldwide by the end of the year. " Nintendo Wins. Yeah they do. They win at serving up a console for a bunch of little kids. When I get a PS3, it's not gonna be at launch regardless. LAUNCHES always suck. Every game blows. It doesn't matter what system. Like I said, I'm probably still gonna get a wii. But not for 320.

Just wondering... not sure, its going to have games like metroid and resident evil, and mortal kombat which aren't for little kids. there will be kiddy games like sponebob but thats probably on ps2 also. also i thought i read that it will have a tna game in 2007.

Screw the 'Kiddie' label. I had more fun playing Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker & Super Mario Sunshine then Resident Evil & Call of Duty. As long as I can enjoy the game, I don't care about the whole kiddy aspect.

Wait....is White the only launch color for the US?! God damn it, again!!!!!! >_< Oh well....I am SOOOO getting a Wii now! I just read up info on Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles(the RE game for the Wii)....must BUY!!!!!! You get to play 1 level from the 4 main games(The Mansion - RE, RPD Station - RE2, Rac City Downtown - RE3, Pueblo - RE4), and each one has 2 playable characters each(RE - Jill & Chris, RE2 - Leon & Claire, RE3 - Jill & Carlos, RE4 - Leon & Ada), with tons of unlockables, infact, the MOST unlockables EVER in a RE game!) $250......and I'll have about $400 in November....I'll get a Wii, Zelda, Red Steel, and Excite Truck. That's 4 games(Wii Sports with Wii). ;D

Ok, so this is honestly only the 2nd time or so ive even heard about the Wii. I know all about the PS3, I have the first 2 Playstations and PSP, and was planning to get the PS3, but this is making me think otherwise. So from what I understand, with the Wii, you can play games from the NES, SNES, and N64?? Do you download them, do you have to buy them or what? Also, what exactly is Wii Sports? and finally will the Wii be getting the SD vs. Raw franchise or will it be like Gamecube and have their own WWE games? Does anyone have or know where to find a full list of the launch titles and/or games that will be coming out soon after? Well, the system, as of now, will only have about 10 or so games for download. They'll add about 10 more every month. As it stands, it looks like it'll be $5 for NES games, $8 for SNES, and $10 for N64. Sega will participate as well as other companies, and while there hasn't been an official list of what will be available, it looks like Mario World, Mario Kart 64, the original Zelda, Ocarina of Time, and the first Sonic are all but confirmed. Also, while there's no storage, it looks like, once you buy a game, you can download it again for free as many times as you want. I think there is a small harddrive. I don't know how many games you could get on it but there is a storage and SD cards work with it too.

Fun is fun, and Nintendo always delivers the fun. The Wii is going to impress a lot of people, and it doesn't need any of the shock value that the other systems so heavily rely on to do it. So yeah, come November I am going to be really broke!

Too bad the best parts of the Wii can be played on emulators. So far the Wii doesn't look any good. $300 bucks for a super nintendo? I know thats what I would be using it for unless people make some worthwhile games.

That RE game sounds like a Demo disk but with a theme. The kind of game that you might get with a console.
Oh well PS3 has RE5 FTW!
I wish you could save whenever you wanted in the older RE games. Not because I save alot or because I suck, sometimes I just want to stop playing after 5 minutes without having to waste an Ink ribbon.
