Goldberg only has one kid. Imagine what Heath would do to Brock.

Look, for the people complaining, here's how I see it
Lesnar lost because he got too full of his own hype. Yes, he did beat all the people listed, he killed Cena, he ended the Streak, he won the title, and has been virtually unstoppable. He also barely shows up, lets another guy talk for him, laughs at his opponents, and has gotten into the dulldrum that he believes he is the best and no one can ever beat him.
So he didn't take Goldberg seriously at all, muscled him into the corner to show off, and Goldberg, who was ready for this match, gave Lesnar a reality check. Because Brock's own arrogance was his downfall.
This doesn't hurt Lesnar, at all. Lesnar is still a monster, and beast, but he got way ahead of himself. Instead of being in the state of mind of needing to show his dominance like with Cena and Taker, he let the ego get to his head where he expected to go in and slaughter Goldberg as is The Beasts Routine, and Goldberg came out and hit all of his artillery at once, and Brock was not ready.
So to me, it made for a great story and a great way to tell it. Someone needed to knock Brock down to size, and fitting that it's the guy who beat him at Mania all those years ago. Could it have been someone else? Maybe, but it being Goldberg and the way it was told, made the story and result so much more of a shock and got everyone talking as much as it did.
Brock will be good, and expect a renewed pissed off beast due to this. May see more Goldberg too, time will tell. But I do think there was reason behind this, and I do think it worked.

So either they got so scared of the idea of Goldberg having a stinker of a match with their biggest star in a main event that they sacrificed Brock's aura just to survive the night or they have a hell of a plan. It's sort of annoying just because of how much time WWE put into making Lesnar what he is just to do this, but it's a wait and see situation because who knows what comes next.

I like the idea that they're trolling Lesnar with this gig.
Like his remaining dates are a smattering of Superstars appearances, followed up with a pre-show 6 man.

How unlike WWE to set huge piles of money on fire, unzip, and Wizz all over their fans. I'm shocked. So out of character for them.

Used my stop watch after rewatching it and the match was deadass 1 minute and 25 seconds with the first spear coming in at 9 seconds into the match. Good shit Goldberg now can Lesnar disappear forever.

Greatest thing this year as I said before.
I actually can't think of a better way that match could have been handled considering.

That's the only way the beast could possibly be slayed.
Total domination.

All the people laughing at Brock and saying "Screw you!!". Somehow I don't think he really gives a shit. He gets to keep getting paid absurd amounts of money to work a 90 second match at a major pay per view.

I think Chavo got more offense on Goldberg in '98 than Brock did tonight

I think it's an absolute waste. A squash should be used as a rub. That squash should've built someone up, not a guy who said it was his last match. It does nothing for your roster except remind the ones who work their asses off every day that they'll never be as good or make as much money as part timers who benefitted from a system that was artificially inflated and no longer exists. Good luck ever trying to get to that level guys because we don't book like that anymore and none of you can't get over like the guys of the old days. Except today's booking is ass and no one ever looks good, unstoppable or strong. Except Roman. Whom everyone hates.
I love Vince. He's given me so many moments to look back on and smile about. His company was often the only light in a very, very dark childhood. But it's over. It's time to hand over creative to people who aren't trying to pop an old man but pop the crowd.

If you catch the reply on WWE network, Goldberg stares back at his son just before lifting Lesnar up for the Jackhammer. I thought that was really sweet.

Don't worry guys. I'm sure Jericho's running around backstage trying to find out why it went down the way it did.

If they don't do Lesnar/Goldberg III, Brock going on a rampage for the next four months till some young babyface finally brings him down at Mania might get some value out of him.

Every main event in the last 10 years has went 20 and had tons of false finishes...
It's awesome they changed it up a bit...even if it was because of a injury to Shane or Goldberg...

I said this in the other thread, but this is the perfect end for Goldberg. Put him in the HoF this year and call it a day. I hope with all hopes there is no Goldberg/Lesnar III.
