Nope, sorry. This made Cena, Taker, Orton, Ambrose, Reigns, and Rollins look like some f***ing clowns. Absolutely stupid. I agree, that was my biggest complaint coming out of the match last night.

All I know is, this is definitely going to lead to Brock basically destroying everyone tonight. No doubt about it.

Brock's losses in WWE have all come from him underestimating his opponent and getting cocky. The first match with Cena. He toyed with him forever and Cena found an opening and caught him. Goldberg wrecked his shit for laughing at him. Who's the one guy who beat Lesnar at his best in his second run?

Honestly,if someone beats Goldberg clean, that may do more than beating Lesnar clean.
So watch Brock beat him clean in the rematch

This maybe because I've long since given up hope but I liked this nobody expected it and it truly was shocking plus now that Brock can't take his "Special Vitamins" he was looking kinda doughy.I like the story of a badass babyface coming back to kick the biggest bully's ass.

Admittedly a huge Goldberg mark but this match was perfect. Not making any claims but I'd be interested to know the breakdown between WCW and WWE/F fans and their reactions to the main. The reason I say that is because the whole appeal of Goldberg in his prime was that he was a good guy boogeyman in a world overrun with heels who couldn't be stopped. So The Flock manages to screw DDP and Benoit out of the US Title after very valiant efforts from both. Well now Goldberg's here to get ya and he'll take the whole faction out by himself. And of course, he slayed Hogan at the NWO's most obnoxiously unbeatable point. Even in his first run with WWE, the two best Goldberg moments were built on this. Rodney Mack runs his goony White Boy Challenge, beating up lower carders until Goldberg obliterates him in 2 minutes and ends that nonsense. Evolution is running their BS all over everyone and then for 90 % of the Summerslam EC, Goldberg reminds them he doesn't give a f*** about their games. (He toootally should've won that match). And here he is again, working that same magic. Brock has been steamrolling everyone with that Suplex City stuff. He laughs at his opponent's finishers, he doesn't take anything seriously, he murders everyone. And then big bad Goldberg comes in and wrecks his shit in 90 seconds. It's the perfect distillation of Goldberg's appeal. This. The more I think about it the more I love it (again, huge Goldberg & WCW mark). The old hero coming back to stop the unstoppable monster bully. Perfect nostalgia for me, sure it's bad longterm booking and proves me to be as dumb a mark as anybody but I can't pretend I don't like it anymore than I can pretend I wouldn't love to see Goldberg win the Rumble, win the title at Mania and do a babyface version of the parttime destroyer shtick for 2017 even at 50. That comeback promo was phenomenally good and the idea of Goldberg as this ancient avenging force of good who always shows up when things have gotten too bad is something I could legit get behind, biased though I am. I mean he is now in kayfabe terms the unquestionably strongest force in the history of the business- beat Hogan, beat Lesnar twice (who squashed Hogan & Rock as a rookie, and Cena in his prime and ended the Streak). And nobody's ever kicked out of the Jackhammer, even Beast Brock. Wrestling fans mark for destroyers and I'm no exception much as I would like to advocate the more sensible booking choice (I mean I still want Cesaro as Goldberg II but hey ho).

I like that WWE still has the ability to shock. It doesn't hurt Brock all that much, just makes his next match more interesting. In real sports, the best teams/players still lose occasionally (except Mayweather),even to inferior competition, it doesn't instantly transform them into bums.

I liked it also, as that's how Goldberg should be booked, a guy who comes in and destroys guys in a short amount of time. I also agree that Lesnar needed to be knocked back down to earth. I'm tempted to go to the Rumble now that Goldberg is involved.
