Anyone but me notice that production at Takeover and SS was way off?
We got tons of quick-cuts: closeup on this and then quick-cut to that and then half a second later cut back and half a second after that cut back again?
We had close-ups of wrestlers in the corners outside the ring while action was going on inside -- not in slow or dead spots, but right when someone was executing a move. Same with crowd shots.
Does WWE have to use Canadian union talent up there, or is there some other reason? It was TNA-level bad production/direction. If that's because of some stupid Canadian law/rule that they have to use local talent, I hope they never go back. It was the worst I've seen on a WWE event in memory.

No it's nothing to do with the Canadian laws.. lol
RAW was off too. Maybe Dunn is stepping back or is trying something new. Its awful whatever the case.

It's been like this since last Monday they are trying new things and trying to show "WWE UNIVERSE IS HAVIN' FUN MAGGLE" reactions and it bites them in the ass when they catch the person showing emotion and they are not doing a damn thing for the camera. The only good camera cut to the crowd last night was that dude with the AJ Styles gloves when he put his hand over his mouth shocked about Goldberg winning right when the bell rang. That was great.
It was bad last night during New Day's entrance when they showed the different shots of the crowd only like one shot had people clapping and gyrating their hips. The rest of the shots were just of people doing nothing but watching the product like the rest of us at home.

This reminds me of the early '90s, when they'd try to show kids looking afraid of the Undertaker or Papa Shango, only to catch some extremely bored looking kid picking his nose.

But it wasn't just cutaways to the crowd - the action was mangled with six quick-cuts in 10 seconds.
Bring back Kevin Dunn.

The camera work was pretty poor. Not only with the annoying constant crowd cut aways but also with just them missing stuff. For example in the womens match there was a spot where Dana Brooke punched Carmella from the outside leading to her elimination, but the camera completely missed it.
