driving an 06 Mazda 3. car is not starting at all.
Tried to do a battery boost from my other car. With boosting battery attached to the mazda, nothing happens at all while car is in park. If I put the car in neutral and try to start it I get a clicking noise (which sounds like it's coming from under the spark plugs next to the serpentine belt) and my lights come on, but only while I'm holding the key in the ignition position. Once I disconnect the boosting battery. all power to the mazda is gone. No lights, No radio, Power doors don't work. nothing.
Is it safe to say it's my alternator?

I got the qualification yours asking about. The alternator had zero effect on starting and does nothing until the car it's running. If the battery had a shorted cell jump staying it will not do anything. I recommend pulling the battery and taking it to a parts store see if they can charge and test it. My bet it's it's just dead.

It's literally a brand new battery. Swapping in the battery from my working car didn't help either. if you know the problem. youtube it. I've rebuilt cars just by watching youtube.

Uncle is very simple. It either comes as part of the evaporative canister or by urself. I believe that I've is by urself. Release the tab and turn. Disconnect the vacuum lines and connected and switch. Very easy.

One is a bad ground the other is ignition switch, which on that vehicle I've never cine across, or a bad cable

From what you've described, yes it's your alternator. I barely know where the gas goes in a car, but an old car of mine, every July, like clockwork did what you're saying. Alternator every time.

Update: I've got the mazda running. In case anyone is curious about what the problem was. The battery was completely dead. Wouldn't even take a jump. And the reason I couldn't get anything going while the car was in park is because of a bad neutral safety switch.
