This was inspired by remembering the one minute or so that The Curbstomp was called Peace of Mind for some reason.
But yeah, I thought this would be a fun thread because stuff doesn't usually get scrapped in to nothingness like it once did, but it still tends to, which makes for strange memories. In this thread, you are required to Taker Care of Business.

was going to be my response. I love how as soon as Michael Cole called it that Undertaker seemingly stopped using it altogether.

Failed, my ass. This is the ONLY way to refer to that move.

Undertaker's submission was briefly The Devil's Triangle before being renamed as the far superior Hell's Gate.

Do rarely used moves like Edge's "Edge-u-cator" finisher count?

Undertaker's submission was briefly The Devil's Triangle before being renamed as the far superior Hell's Gate. And before that it was That Devastating Submission Hold.

The F-U got renamed Throwback for a short time before it was the Attitude Adjustment, with Triple H even calling it that in one of the story modes in one of the games.

Do rarely used moves like Edge's "Edge-u-cator" finisher count? For a while, I think all his moves were called that. By JR anyway.

I desperately wish Bada Boom Shakalaka was one of them. The F-U got renamed Throwback for a short time before it was the Attitude Adjustment, with Triple H even calling it that in one of the story modes in one of the games. And of course before that for about three months it was insistently referred to as, "Cena going for the victory!"

I've only been able to find proof of Cole calling it that online. I mean I guess I could search the WWE network... but I don't really care enough too.

Didn't Natural Selection used to be called "Bow Down to the Queen" or something like that?

"She calls it The Rear View," on the grounds that Cole never just said "The Rear View" and all anyone mentions the move name to do is riff on how forced it was.
