A tad over dramatic, I'm aware, but this put me in a really good mood.
Well, I need to check my E-Mail more often. Turns out I got an E-Mail three days ago from Navient, informing me that the two student loans I had through them have been paid off in full!
Two to go! \O/

I got a decent job. Also met a good friend this year. Both happened around March so the rest of the year went steadily down hill from there |

Two to go! \O/ Awesome- a few days ago, the lawyer I had working with my loan payments said that the place that had them couldn't prove they had the loan- meaning the courts forced them to forgive that loan. (There's many, many more- but it cuts some down.) |

One awesome thing happened to me last night.
In the heavy metal scene, there's a man named Scott "Wino" Weinrich who has fronted countless doom metal bands and is basically a legend. He was also a customer of mine when I worked at Guitar Center in Hollywood like 4 years ago. And his music helped me through one of the worst periods of my life. But I never got a chance to tell him, until last night, at a shitty bar venue in Philadelphia, years after the last of a few very brief interactions.
Me: "Hey, Wino, just wanted to say, I used to work at Guitar Center in Los Ange-"
Wino: "DUDE, I THOUGHT THAT WAS YOU!!!!! *hugs me* I KNEW YOU LOOKED FAMILIAR!!!!! WHAT'S UP MAN!?!?!?"
