What about the Bailey to Belly? I don't have access to the network so I've only caught her main roster stuff. It seems like that's usually it for a match. Sasha and Charlotte kicked out of it already. Ah okay, I wasn't sure if they had or not.

Not enough, that thing looks about as strong as one of Homer's punches. Not since the days of Shane McMahon has the air from a punch been so devastating. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xT7vAQ66i0 - yeah basically the same.

No one in the main roster has kicked from the Red Arrow. How can they, when Neville never appears on tv?

In PWG, nobody has ever kicked out of a Falcon Arrow.

Dated, but what about The Pearl River Plunge? Ironically, Misawa almost never won a match with the regular Tiger Driver. And when he did, it was probably the fourth one he hit in the match.

Big Show's KO Punch is so far flawless (never been kicked out of) I am pretty sure Sheamus kicked out of the WMD at Survivor Series when Show won the title (he got him on the second punch). Yeah, Sheamus kicked out of the punch, Show kicked out of the Brogue Kick, and when Sheamus went for the second, Show hit him with the second KO punch and damn near took his head off! I remember watching it live, and before hand, we were joking "Big Show v Sheamus, yeah, that'll be great", but actually, it WAS! One of the matches of that year.

That makes sense though. It's like Undertaker's chokeslam where it was a finisher for an old gimmick that eventually became a 2-count move. And the Styles Clash was put over as a killer finisher during his NJPW stint, I think only Nakamura kicked out of it. Helps he almost paralyzed someone with it to give it credibility.

Cena got punted in his Cell match with Orton and still won, so I think he may have kicked out, but they kept it very protected still in that Cena was working Orton's leg most of the match, and commentators put it over as him trying to neutralize the Punt by keeping him from being able to do it full force. I haven't thought of that match in ages, though, so I might be screwing up the details. Batista and I think Cena are the only people I can remember off hand kicking out of the Clothesline From Hell. Didn't Triple H literally no-sell The Punt during a match and ended up winning said match afterwards? Not quite. Hunter took a punt while covering Cena during the WM24 WWE title 3-way. It neutralized Hunter so Orton could pin Cena, but Hunter was the first to not be put on the shelf for a prolonged period having received a punt. Hunter did, however, take a 5-week vacation the following year as a result of a punt.

Might not be any more protected moves to be honest. I was going to say maybe some moves in NXT, but Joe and Shinsuke have kicked out of each other's finishers.
Not WWE, but did anyone ever kick out of Kobashi's Burning Hammer?

In PWG, nobody has ever kicked out of a Falcon Arrow. Same with a Victory Roll. If they do kick out, it retroactively becomes a Near Victory Roll.

Honestly, I'd rather not see WWE bend over backwards to protect every top wrestler's finisher. Personally I love the visual of seeing them have to hit their reliable finishers multiple times, then needing to break out a rarer, more deadly move to get the job done.
I'll agree that yes, it should be saved for big shows. But I enjoy a good kickout-fest. Certain I'm in the minority there, but that wouldn't be new for me.

Kickout-fests are great if the moves are protected, though. The problem is that we've got to the point where people are kicking out of AA's and Poppa Powerbombs in TV matches, so there's no reason to think that the first one will put anyone away. Kickouts shouldn't be a crutch to get a pop, that's lazy ringwork.

If you want to cut back on Kickout-fests, then start making matches end without the finishers getting hit. Besides, it'll shake up the formula and make the matches less predictable.

WhatCulture did a video about this. Apparently once the sock was introduced nobody ever kicked out of the Cobra. I don't think that's accurate. Daniel Bryan kicked out of the Cobra (with the sock) in the elimination chamber didn't he?
