I knew Bruce and WWE must be on pretty good terms at this point, but I just saw where WWE is advertising the STWW Brooklyn show on their Twitter page.

I thought the Rockers episode was pretty well done, I had no idea Marty had been fired and hired so many times. I did kinda feel bad when Conrad read out that Marty was let go two weeks after being hired in '05 and Bruce just bust a gut laughing. Granted, it's somewhat amusing Marty has been hired and fired that many times, but still...

Oh, it's funny from the perspective of the guy just seemed to get hired for the sole reason so he could be fired again, and I did chuckle, but still gotta feel bad for Marty, no matter how much of a f*** up he is.

Not their best podcast; I especially dis-enjoyed the Conrad's 10 minute third degree over why Shawn and Own didn't have a program along with Shawn's other two programs that month.

Bruce spouting and defending the company line is a big part of what he brings to the table. The back and forth between Conrad arguing the internet fan perspective and Bruce trying to defend the company line is what makes the podcast.

I have no problem with defending the company but the tear gas comment made Bruce sound like a sniveling bitch ass flunkie. Conrad brought evidence from people other than Meltzer, real newspapers and photographs about tear gas being deployed and Bruce when confronted with the truth just said "I don't know I wasn't there", despite previously saying that no tear gas was used during the riot.

When they do the PPV shows, Conrad usually does a "state of WWE" at the time, so I'm not sure why you guys are surprised they are talking about everything leading up to the show itself. And keep in mind, this is probably one of their most important periods in their history: Montreal Screwjob, Tyson, Mr. McMahon...a lot to talk about. Otherwise the show would be an hour long.

This was a good episode. A lot of build up, I love that part. They take time to give us the storylines going into it, kind of a refresher for those that haven't seen the show since it happened.
Also, I love Conrad's Vince impression on the "shades of grey attitude" promo.

Also, I love Conrad's Vince impression on the "shades of grey attitude" promo. Rumble 1998 was a great episode. I enjoyed traveling memory lane and reliving the Austin - Tyson altercation. Maybe I just fell into the right age and demo, but Bruce nailed the way that felt to me as a fan. I knew it was a work, but damn, it felt real at the time.

The Rumble show has been solid so far, it helps that with all the stuff happening with Bruce, he sounds extra motivated.
