I’m listening to the JBL episode and Bruce goes on a weird rant about kids not getting into fights at the supermarket and getting a participation trophy. What a sad pathetic man.

What a sad pathetic man. yeah that's when I turned off the show. "You millennials are so used to everyone getting a trophy!" is such a stupid argument when his generation were the ones passing out the trophies.

I would like to ask Bruce if he would be ok with encouraging his kid getting into street fights. Outside of wrestling Bruce isn’t smart at all, how did he told that to the principal and not expected him to be shocked.

Conrad describing Viscera getting a low blow as a hit in the Chocolate Salty Balls was hilarious.

I thought Bruce's Lance Russell impersonation was hilarious.

I never ever want to hear Conrad say "Hey. I'm just a fan. Like all of you."
Nope. You have like six podcasts with huge stars, have put together a huge Wrestling convention twice, you get paid for all of this. And, you are married to Ric Flair's daughter.
Not the same brah.

You’ve only planned 1 wrestling convention?

I've said this before (possibly in this thread...) about Conrad, but one of my big issues with him is that he can't decide what he wants to be in terms of a host. "I'm just an insurance guy and a fan just like you. Unless, it seems I disagree with something and try to come over all hard ass freedom fighting journalist. Now here is some forced comedy. Oh and if people disagree with me, then I'm just a fan trying his hardest again."

This week is audio from last year's roast of Prichard.
I'm not surprised there isn't a new episode with the Flair emergency and all.

Oh and if people disagree with me, then I'm just a fan trying his hardest again." He started out being a wrestling fan that collects a lot of memorabilia. Through that, he started becoming close to wrestlers... so even though it might not be 100% accurate, he was a huge fan that would fit in right here, on these forums! *wheres my pop?*

You have like six podcasts with huge stars, have put together a huge Wrestling convention twice, you get paid for all of this. And, you are married to Ric Flair's daughter. Not the same brah. It’s very different but he doesn’t want to lose that “just a fan” appeal because he’s relatable if he comes off that way. I give him a lot of credit for some of the events he’s put together for his conventions. It’s definitely stuff a fan would love to do. Being a long time fan gives him that kind of perspective. A lot of wrestlers are fans of the business too. Conrad is on an entirely different level when it comes to being “just a fan.” He’s making major bank with these podcasts. He wouldn’t be doing them if he wasn’t. He’s even stated that on another podcast he’s appeared on. He’s turned his interest in a way to make a lot of money so I can’t knock that. It is kind of telling how he deals with other fans that disagree with him. I’ve seen some of his interactions with them on twitter. His responses are typically “thanks for the follow” or “thanks for listening” which I see as him dismissing people by treating them like a number that helped his visibility or another number for his downloads. I thought it was a kind of classy way of brushing people off at first but now I see that as him being all about business and not being a fan just like us. There’s nothing wrong with that but it is what it is.

Bold move for them to do a roast without any jokes.

I thought I'd give the "Roast of Bruce Prichard" a try, but didn't really entertain me that much.

Bold move for them to do a roast without any jokes. It was hilarious... not because of the jokes but because of the silence after the jokes

The roast was hard to listen to. Haven’t heard that much silence since Rob Conway

Bold move for them to do a roast without any jokes. That roast was one of the most cringy things I've ever heard. Holy f*** was it bad.
