Aaron Rodgers is the GOAT to be. Please let him do the same to the ho-ass Cowboys and then the bigger ho-bag Patriots.

Good job, Packers. Now, come on down to AT&T Stadium to get that ass spanked.

Aaron Rodgers is Mike McCarthy's safety net.
He is a horrible coach who keeps getting bailed out by Rodgers.

Yeah I get the Pats are the bigger draw, but Falcons v Seahawks is a much better game & that should've gotten primetime

Hope everyone is ready for the Boat Hot Takes tomorrow It's not why they lost, but it's a terrible look given how those guys no-showed Exactly. Anybody saying the Giants lost because their receivers took a vacation to South Beach six days before a playoff game should be rightfully excoriated. But it has to be brought up that if you're going to bring that kind of attention on yourself, you'd better have a better performance than what we saw on the field today. Boat party or no, four catches for 28 yards on 11 targets is an absolutely anemic performance by somebody who is propped up as one of the best receivers in the league. Yeah I get the Pats are the bigger draw, but Falcons v Seahawks is a much better game & that should've gotten primetime The games are scheduled before the matchups are known. As soon as last Sunday's Packers vs. Lions game went final, the playoff schedule was finalized and it was TBD vs. Falcons at 4:30 on Saturday, TBD vs. Patriots in primetime on Saturday, TBD vs. Chiefs at 1 on Sunday, and TBD vs. Cowboys at 4 on Sunday. There's nothing that could be done once Houston won and Miami lost, the times were determined well in advance.

Aaron Rodgers is Mike McCarthy's safety net. He is a horrible coach who keeps getting bailed out by Rodgers. Horrible is way too strong a word. Jeff Fisher is a horrible coach. Doug Marone is a horrible coach. Mike McCarthy is a good coach who has the benefit of having the top 3 QB in the league.

Begs the question: is OBJ overrated? No. He's JJ Watt on the offensive side of the ball. Like Watt, Beckham is propped up as this amazing, dynamic weapon who we should all be fawning over and showering with plaudits anytime they accomplish anything and focusing all of our attention on regardless of whether they were connected to what's happened on the field or not. They're Football Poochie. Whenever Watt or Beckham are not on screen, all the other players should be asking "Where's Watt/Beckham"? But also like Watt, Beckham is damn good. He's immensely talented and among the best at his position. But Beckham will have to move past the boat party controversy and his no-show in his first career playoff game because it's going to follow him into the 2017 season, whether he deserves it or not.

Well in New York, we are used to our players punching a wall after a playoff lost. At least the Giant season is over, and not have the rest of a playoff series to play, like a certain someone.

Nice season for the Giants despite the ass-whipping they took this evening. They're a competent O-Line/consistent offense away from being a serious contender. I agree but they got to win the division, and I am sorry to harp on it, but the week 3 lose to Washington still haunts me, if the Giants win the game, they win the divsion. And next year it is too much to ask giving the divison they play in for the Giants to win the division. It is not like the Patriots are in the division like the other New York has to deal with every year. I just hope March 1st,I read in the news, the Giants cut Flowers.

He's not overrated, but he is overhyped. Like any major player in NY. He's not as unstoppable as Julio or as clean as Brown. I do like that he punched a hole in the wall because now that will be what people talk about. Because at least that is a story. The boat trip is just the media reaching for a storyline and idiots not calling them on it again.

If the Giants have these upgrades intact and other pieces in place don't regress, then the Giants can realistically go out there and contend for the division/1st round bye/etc...

So another question regarding the Giants- Do they regret not drafting Tunsil or another O-liner in the draft? It was a huge hole this season, but Eli Apple has proven to not be the head scratcher of a pick, a lot of us thought.

Two things:
1) Ereck Flowers is a bust of a signing. Eli's been getting wrecked on the blindside all year. The offensive line should be one of the first things Jerry Reese drafts (if he still has a job in April). Other positions to look for include TE and MLB (or a LB who can cover TEs at the very least).
2) Between his performance, the Miami trip, and his latest tantrum, the NY media is going to rake OBJ over the coals tomorrow. He took about 5 steps back over the past week so he's even WORSE than when he smashed his helmet on the kicking net.
