Just thinking about how some wwe stars had a long term career but never got ano action figure during any line of figuresight produced thus far. Some areason head scratchers as to why they never earned a figure.
Dino bravo Wendi richter Alundra blayze...I think Quebecer pierre/Jean pierre Lafitte Max moon Beverly brothers Red rooster Missing link Rougeau bros Bertha Faye Face hercules
Any others you can think of?

Wendi Richter only ever had a figural eraser.
Max Moon would have made an awesome figure.

I'm surprised Richter didn't get one around the time she was making appearances a couple or three years ago.
Unless I'm mistaken, there are three former WWWF/WWF/WWE champions that have never had figures made: Buddy Rogers, Stan Stasiak and Pedro Morales. Stasiak I sort of understand in a way, and Pedro wants nothing to do with them even before his health issues (although he was still a perfectly viable choice in the original LJN line, still being a JTTS at that point), but they've really never had a single figure based on their very first champion?

I can think of two teams that weren't long term that never had WWE figures. Skip and Zip never had any and they were tag team champions there. Rocco Rock and Johnny Grunge didn't have a long run there but I thought they could get figures considering the WWE owns all the ECW and WCW footage and they were champions multiple times between those two promotions.

You mention Dino Bravo in the OP, and I think he might be the biggest glaring omission. From the LJN years through Hasbro, through all the nostalgia throwback figures they've made since, Bravo's never in any way been immortalized in plastic.
I've always wondered why. Do you think it's because of the hush-hush "Secret" being the most known unknown in his life outside wrestling that they didn't want to risk having a toy of his on store shelves in the event that the worst happened?

Wow, you got me thinking, my initial thought reading the title was Red Rooster but since you took that, I started thinking about some others.
Johhny Rodz, Skinner, Bezerker, and Nailz all have action figures. I hope the children who received any of these received the mental care they needed. When even those guys have action figures, I'm pretty sure the qualifications are to be employed by the WWE and maintain a body temperature somewhere in the 90s. the only performers I can seem to find that didn't have action figures are Zeus, Daniel Puder, and Tom Brandi.
By the way, thanks for bringing back some memories of my childhood and playing with my somewhat considerable collection in the old school blue WWF toy ring.

Honestly, I just used the Killer Bees as my Rougeaus. They looked similar: one had a Tom Selleck mustache, the other one clean shaven.
As for why not a Dino Bravo...why would you want one? Nothing against the guy, but all those years he was just sorta...there.

So Haku got an LJN, but not a Hasbro...I'm tempted to call that bullshit.

It is strange Haku and Dino Bravo didn't get a Hasbro figure but I'm guessing it was that they weren't bigger stars of the time. In 1990 and 1991, when the were most prevalent, Hasbro was making the bigger stars. Die hard, casual and even non-wrestling fans would know most, if not all, of the names from the first two series'. Those first two were rather small compared to the next few years. 1992 could've been a good time but Bravo was pretty much done wrestling and Haku was off to Japan, IIRC, for some time in 1991-1992. In 1993, Hasbro came out with four different waves of 5-6 guys. Guys like Haku and Bravo, if they had stuck around to 1992 for long term, could've been in those waves.
Bravo not in LJN makes a little sense. Their 1987 series was the biggest of the line but Bravo was really just coming in, at that time. By time they were doing the planning for the 1988 series, Bravo was with the Dream Team. The Dream Team was really probably one of the lesser known teams on the heel side. A single Bravo or Valentine/Bravo two pack would've been shelf warmers. By 1989 LJN was losing the license and of the guys who were made, it was bigger names or cooler characters like Andre, Warrior, Bossman, Rude, Warlord and even Haku. Bravo may have been on the drawing board but I can see how the planned names (Smash, Bad News, Brother Love, Barbarian, Bushwhackers) made it ahead of Dino.

Powers of pain would have made great Hasbro figures.
Not sure why no one ever made a face hercules figure. The chain accessory would have made a great figure selling point.

Did Jacques Rougeau never get one as the Mountie or a Quebeccer?

I'd like to think that my parents got me the Skinner, Bezerker & Nailz figures because they realised that my roster was lacking some lower card heels. But more accurately, I suspect that they bought me them because they didn't have a f***ing clue about Wrestling!

Jerry Lawler has had several figures, but unfortunately he never got a hasbro figure. Did Butch Reed or Mike Rotundo (not as IRS) ever get figures?
