It's safe to assume that we'll see Chuck/DUSTIN vs. Crummels/DeFarge at the Mania shows and Juan will challenge the winner of the Mantis/Smashmaster match

Just a random tought: KOT should have rule like YLC that a team or person that had won it once cant compet for it again. Because it's already implied that no one will win KOT twice. So that would be a good way to make the tournament less predictable

Ophidian and Fire Ant bond after the credits over lost brothers. Ophidian says he's assembling a team. Quack enters and says they need to close up for the night. Quack asks what's going on. Ophidian asks who is going to avenge Amasis and protect Chikara. Quack says he has a contingency plan but Fire Ant interrupts and says he's in and shakes Ophidian's hand. Both seemed to know what plan Quack was talking about but didn't want him to do it.
What we can assume: Smashmaster will obtain his 2nd point in the near future. Ultramantis has to earn 2 more for a shot at Hallowicked. Dasher will challenge Hallowicked soon. Icarus jumped in front of Hallowicked to keep him from attacking Ultramantis at one point. What does this mean?

I love how Quack has a contingency plan just in case there's another invading group.

So, I just found a continuity error in the latest Season 17 releases. At "The Constant", Jeremy Leary comes out during the Lucas Calhoun/Wani match and steals Calhoun's sunglasses and scarf, and then comes out wearing them during the Infinite Gauntlet. Except, "The Constant" happens AFTER the Infinite Gauntlet. So how did Leary get Calhoun's gear?
Also, did anyone else notice the matches on the cards aren't all taped at the same time? Like, on some of the cards, you can clearly see the audience change between matches.
EDIT: Just found another one. On "Happily Ever After", The Closers face XyberHawx2000 in a tag match, specifically Razerhawk and Sylverhawk. Quack says it's the first time we see Razer and Sylver team together, despite the fact they JUST teamed together against the Sea Stars at "The Constant".
For a company that prides itself on continuity, these are easy mistakes that they SHOULDN'T be making.

I love how Quack has a contingency plan just in case there's another invading group. You'd think he'd have a contingency plan about I don't know large numbers of your roster getting murdered?

I know I'm terrible... but I've had to watch this last batch on mute... just constant screaming children. Yeah I know they're having fun and it's good that they've been given the chance to watch it, but damn my curmudgeon black heart, an hour of that and them jumping about is trying my patience

I figured I'd drop this here rather than make a separate thread. Hope you Chikara-ites can help me.
I've got tickets to the Friday event in Orlando. Never been to a Chikara show and this was a priority for me -- going with a friend (he lives in Chicago and me in Alabama, we're meeting up for WM weekend) and his 10-year-old son. My friend has never been to a live show period (WWE or indie) and his son has been to a WWE house show, maybe two.
Anyway, want to give them an idea of what to expect. I've seen Chikara matches on YouTube and have read about it ... I've kind of described it as a fun promotion, probably some comedy spots, lucha-style workers and sort of a comic book come to life in a wrestling ring.
So a couple of questions:
1) Which talent should I expect to see?
2) What major storyline(s) might be coming together for this show?
3) Is Silver Ant the former Green Ant? Because I HATE that guy (not really, but as a fan I've made it a point to loathe him since WM30 weekend at a DGUSA show when he was lounging around outside the ring selling an injury/beatdown and failed to make a save to get his team eliminated). I intend to remind him of this, but want to make sure he's the right ant. Oh, and why did he change his color? Out of shame?
4) In general, what should I expect from a Chikara show that might be different?
Thanks for anything you can provide by way of help.

Green Ant was called that because he was the rookie ant, hence "green".
Initially he was given the mantle of Worker Ant, but passed on it to stay Green Ant.
Then eventually became Silver Ant because he realized the original Worker Ant was right, he wasn't green anymore, he wasn't a rookie anymore.

The thing in New Orleans was pretty funny. Me and my bud upgraded to ringside tickets (it was on a stage at the theater at Tulane University). Green Ant gets thrown out of the ring, lands fairly softly (he can't really do much to sell because if he rolls or anything he'd go right off the stage). Apparently there's a miscommunication or missed timing -- he thinks he's supposed to try to get back in the ring in time to just miss the save, and jumps up to do so, then realizes the guys in the ring are still going and they're not ready for the pin spot. So he has to kind of crumple back down to the floor by the ring and wait for his time. And he's about 6 feet from us. So we start goading him: "C'mon, you can do it. Your friends need you. Get back up." But he can't because it's not time yet. So we keep at it: "You can rest later. What kind of Ant are you? You didn't even land that hard. You're not that hurt, this is a big event, suck it up and get back in there." We're not screaming this, just saying it at roughly normal voice because he's so close and can hear us. And he finally loses it and busts out laughing (which is obvious from his stomach convulsing and he's hiding his face with his arms because he's obviously laughing his ass off and can't stop.) Which of course eggs us on more and we pick it up: "Get in that ring and help or you're DEAD to me, Green Ant. You're the worst Ant ever. I'm going to call you LAZY Ant from now on. All the other Ants should kick you out of the Colony. You should be ashamed." And he's shaking his head and holding out a hand like, "Please stop, now you've given me the giggles and I can't quit laughing." Then there's a signal or something and he realizes it's his time and he jumps up full strength and dives into the ring ... too late. Fire Ant gets pinned. And we're going: "Oh, NOW you decide to do something and it's TOO LATE. Boooo Lazy Ant. We hate you." Etc. He was still laughing while trying to act disappointed in the finish and trying to cover it up. Good times. I want to give him the business again in Orlando. I'm sure he won't remember or have any idea what I'm talking about, but I'll amuse myself.
