The Patriots are proof that talent is meaningless if you have a perfect system. I mean, Brady literally is just throwing to two guys. Nobody will confuse Hogan and Edelman with Jordy/Davante Adams or Amari Cooper/Crabtree. Yet they looked unstoppable. Imagine if they had a gamebreaking WR. I don't even know where to start....

Martellus Bennett is dancing with the cheerleaders right now. Sold his soul to Darth Brady. Good job, Bears. Just another one of those Patriots who has a computer for a heart. Have you even seen or heard ANYTHING Bennett has said or done all season? This might be the worst take you've ever had and that's saying something

This is a feeling that never gets old. The Patriots are headed to their seventh Super Bowl in the last 16 years and I'm just as thrilled about it as I was when I was an awkward teen when they advanced to Super Bowl XXXVI back in 2002.
I was equal parts surprised and not at all surprised with the ease of which the Patriots cruised on Sunday night. I shouldn't have been, because Tom Brady routinely has carved up that Steelers defense over the course of his career, yet Pittsburgh's offense felt like enough of a threat to keep the game interesting. But in typical Bill Belichick fashion, they isolated what the opposing offense did best and took it away. And also in typical Patriots fashion, a relative unknown like Chris Hogan shows a national audience what Patriots fans have been watching for much of the season.
There's going to be plenty of time to digest the upcoming matchup with the Falcons but now it's about reveling in the celebration of Sunday night's victory and the seventh AFC Championship in the last decade-and-a-half.
