Just the players that you enjoyed the most on a visual level.
Mine are Bo Jackson, LeBron James, Derek Jeter, Ozzie Smith, Willie Wilson, Michael Jordan, Pete Rose, Eric Dickerson, Barry Sanders, Mike Tyson, and Kent Tekulve just for his delivery.
Also I forgot Serena Williams, Ichiro Suzuki, Albert Pujols.

Bit biased being a Newcastle fan, but as a kid there was nothing better then watching Peter Beardsley at his best:

The Big Hurt Frank Thomas, when he stepped to the plate. There was an aura something special was going to happen. Dude was just so big.
Harold Baines fielding a base hit while he played RF. If some sorry bastard tried going 1st-to-3rd, Harold made him pay for his decision. Had an arm like a cannon; almost as good as Roberto Clemente. Shame he's mainly known as a DH once his knees gave out. He was a damn fine outfielder.

Currently? For the hometown teams, Randall Grichuk and Ryan Reaves. Neither are good players stats-wise, but man are they fun to watch. Malkin is a lot of fun to watch regardless of where he is in the points race. I love watching Nadal in tennis just because he plays a different game than everyone else. In football, Eli Manning. He's like a more polarized Brett Favre. Every pass is either a beauty or a dumbfounding INT and it's just really entertaining. Julio Jones is a marvel. LeBron and Westbrook in basketball, which is weird to say because they fill the stat sheet more than anybody since Oscar. But regardless of if they do that or have 2 assists and 10 tunrovers, those guys with the ball in their hands are amazing.

No it's not a homer pick, well it is kinda but Connor McDavid. I have never seen a player that fast before. Most importantly I never seen a player that can skate that fast while carrying a puck. It's complete superhuman like. It's like if it was Super Saiyan Goku on skates yet somehow has hands that has more finesse than the world's finest craftsman or surgeons I have ever seen.

Has to be Roger Federer for me, never has there been such a graceful yet devastating tennis player, I cannot tell you how happy it makes me that he's back where he belongs - in a Grand Slam Final - even if he's probably gonna lose to Nadal.
Other than that, in Football, I'm extremely guilty of just falling in love with French Left Wingers that play for Newcastle: David Ginola, Laurent Robert and Hatem Ben Arfa were all mesmerising to watch at the peak of their powers.
As for the NFL, he didn't have a particularly good game last weekend but there is no better QB in the world to watch than Aaron Rodgers, he's magic.
And, although it's pretty damn obvious to any Football fans out there, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the genius that was/is Lionel Messi. Best player of this generation by some distance and one of the most magical to watch ever.

MLB Ben Zobrist plays the game the right way. Love watching him.
Gregg Maddux and Tom Glavine, even though Hall of Famer, are just joys to watch pitch.
I could watch Tony Gwynn and Edgar Martinez swing a bat all day.
-------------------- NFL Craig Heyward was the man. So underrated.
---------------------
NCAA Basketball Adam Morrison. Such a prototype for college basketball. Loved what he brought to the table.
Chris Jackson is a privilege to go back and see light up teams.
Glenn Robinson was darned impressive.
---------------------
NBA
Doesn't get better than Stockton and Malone.
Little known fact. Jeff Hornacek never missed a shot. Best shooter I've ever seen with some of the stuff he got to go.
--------------------
Soccer You can hate me if you want. But Ronaldo (Brazil) was awesome. Fun to watch.
-------------------- NHL
Tamu Selanne
----------------- TENNIS Gabriella Sabatini Jennifer Capriati Love the women's game. It's so much more finesse than the men's game. Well, the Williams sisters changed that. Which is why I can't stand them, but I get the appeal for them for that very reason.

Randall Cunningham on the run was a beautiful thing to watch in the 1990s. Before him, the top scrambler was Fran Tarkenton. That guy would run 30 yards backwards to avoid a sack, and somehow STILL get a 1st down.

Not even Don Cherry who has made a career mispronouncing European and French Canadian players names.

MLB - Ozzie Smith, Mariano Rivera, and Ricky Henderson back in the day. Currently, Kevin Kiermaier on the Tampa Bay Rays. I hate it when he's playing against my Yankees, but I've never seen someone make such difficult catches with such relative ease. Kevin Pillar is similar, but the difference between the two is with Pillar you go "Wow, what a catch!" With Kiermaier, you go "How the hell did he make that catch?" Also, Andrew Miller and Madison Bumgarner for pitching. Didi Gregorius has also been a lot of fun to watch in what have been some down years for the Yanks. I want to say Gary Sanchez, but I've only seen him play for a couple of months at the MLB level, though I did get to see him play as a prospect at a Trenton Thunder game a couple of years ago.
NFL - Bo Jackson, Barry Sanders, and Lawrence Taylor in their primes. Odell Beckham Jr., Antonio Brown, and Aaron Rodgers today.
NBA - Shaq and Patrick Ewing back in the day. Lebron James today.
NHL - Martin Brodeur is the reason I got into hockey to begin with. Also, Scott Stevens, Ken Daneyko, and Scott Niedermayer. Always been one to favor great defense and goaltending over shooting, though Alex Ovechkin is amazing to watch in action when he's in the zone. Same with Steve Stamkos.

Magic Johnson was exactly that when on the fast break. Yeah, he could easily dunk over somebody, but HOW THE HELL CAN HE PASS LIKE THAT?! No look, behind the back, dude could fake you out pass right, then just bounce between the legs to a teammate behind him.
Doctor J did some of the most mind-boggling shots I've ever seen. Floating baseline past 3 opponents, fake the shot right and hit the reverse lay-up high off the glass. With his non-shooting hand.
Ah...I used to love watching basketball.

Zinedine Zidane. Just a delight to watch. I don't even usually go out of my way to watch football, but Zidane was mesmerising.
There's a game in Euro 2004, where France spend most of the match 1-0 down against England. Come the second half, Zidane decides he's going to single-handedly drag France back into the game. What he does in the closing minutes is utterly spellbinding.

In football, Jari Litmanen was always a thing of beauty in the field. No matter what the situation was, when Jari got the ball, it always looked like he had all the time in the world to make a killer pass. The greatest football player ever from Finland, well deserving of the nickname "The King".
More recent one is Wilfried Zaha. A completely different kind of a player to Litmanen, Zaha can make something out of nothing with pure dribbling. Some pundits, like Alan Shearer, will moan about his lack of end product, but I love watching Zaha have his show at the flanks.
Another one, for all the other reasons is Aki Riihilahti. Not always the best player for his position and never a "future star", Aki proved every manager that he deserves to start. Passion, great work ethics and hard tackles. Nothing fancy, but it just works.
From Hockey, I have to go with Patrik Laine. Always dangerous with the puck, delivers big hits and plays like a star. And he's so confident in his own talent that he will tell you himself that he can be the best, which is not very typical for Finns. Never seen anything quite like him.
