Between Conrad constantly insinuating that Tony is going to bang Debra, and Tony crapping on her all the time, I'm convinced Lois Schiavone is going to go off on these two at some point.

Monday's show will be on DDP's 97-99 WCW Run Fantastic. One of my favorite runs of any one guy ever.

I honestly wish they'd go back to when DDP really started improving in 95, during the program with Badd, but I get that he didn't REALLY catch fire until late 96/early 97, so this is cool.

Just finished listening to the Bash 88 episode and I did like how Tony said that not everyone from Turner was a total moron and some did try to help.

OK, I did listen to the Bash 88 episode (thank you TuneIn Radio app) and I was interested. Of course, I am in that demographic that wants to hear about the older stuff. I don't need a 407th retelling of the Monday Night Wars, because I am beyond caring about it anymore.

Hopefully we can hear Tony's account of the night DX blew up Nitro's arena with a tank and killed WCW for good.

I listen every week and I want to like it, but I also am starting to get the feeling that it's just not very good. It's long, Conrad mentions about 6-8 good subjects that "we'll get into another time", and their humor is just really flat and telegraphed but they waste so much time on it.

Tony really didn't get that Savage was hurting guys with the elbow drop instead saying savage was the one getting hurt and he's a pro.

Most likely the Last Nitro is going to win this weeks poll

I really like the show. So far I like it more than Something to Wrestle with honestly. Though I must admit I've only listened to the two 88 episodes so far.

I prefer when they do a single show instead of a individual. Where Tony wasnt an effect backstage it's fun to listen to him trash three shows as a commentator.

The Last Nitro episode is up... and they explain why Ric wore a t-shirt... {Spoiler}{Spoiler}He didn't want to wrestle at all. He thought he was out of shape and worried how he'd look on camera. edit: Also apparently the reason Tony never worked in the WWE was because Kevin Dunn never called him back... pretty constantly.

Conrad: When did you knew wcw was gonna be folded
Tony: When I returned on 91 right after i left the wwe.
f*** he knew it was just a money pit from the beginning.
Also the wcw magazine only existed because the wwe had a magazine and wasn't even promoted

Best quote of the week
Tony: "Vince had just won a war against dumbf***s so no wonder Brad Siegel let him do the simulcast advertusing wrestlemania on Nitro"

I cannot believe that WCW created a magazine because... WWF had one. Then, they never bothered to hire anyone like Tony, who has a background in journalism, to work on it or promote the f***ing thing.

Yeah, wcw was never about drawing money, it was just a vanity project. JJ Dillon in a legends round table said that wcw was never interested in drawing buyrates in ppvs but about the stupid ratings. Let's face it, wcw was basically tna with money
