It's amazing. Had he just been an unpleasant jackoff for years it gets boring. He basically pretended to be a lighthearted annoying heel only to show his true colors as something so much worse. Him as a comedy heel was entertaining as hell and now he has all the heat in the world on him as a legit hated heel with the title

Like, have Owens destroy Goldberg at Fastlane but in like the most illegitimate way possible to get even more heat. They needed him to look kinda like a threat to Goldberg beating the tar out of his Over the Top Best Friend Jericho helped do just that... Goldberg will still beat him in three minutes. At least the match with Jericho at Mania will be good.
