Damn...He was one of those actors that I always thoroughly enjoyed watching. He was a great supporting actor and not a bad director based on his notable job on Frailty.

20000000....sorry, reflex there. Didn't someone else from Alien die not too long ago, to? John Hurt. Hurt was in Alien. Paxton was in the sequel Aliens.

TERRIBLE news, one of the best supports in action movies and one hell of a list of GREAT films, almost exceptional list of magnificent actioners!
eminently recognisable in everything he was in and a very very sad loss indeed

I think in the mess of big shows HBO had Big Love is criminally underrated and his performance was perfect in it. He was 100% Bill Henrickson.

God damn, Paxton was such an underrated actor. I was really looking forward to the Training Day series because of him. RIP to the only man who fought The Terminator, Predator, and a Xenomorph. Lance Henrikson says hi.

A true shame. Loved his work in Tombstone. If you like westerns, I do hope you have seen it. Rest in Peace, Bill Paxton. So does this mean that the Training Day show is dead in the water now? I was thinking about this, either the show will likely end, or have the protagonist Kyle transferred away from Paxton's Frank.

RIP
I think Apollo 13 was the first movie I saw him in. And then his more well known parts in big films. I think the last thing I watched him in was Edge of Tomorrow and that was great. I wish he took part in the climax though.

Always an actor I enjoyed seeing and regularly stole the show, will always be Hudson.
A role and film of his I also greatly enjoyed that doesn't get enough mention is A Simple Plan.
Also i never understood the Paxton/Bill Pullman confusion other then both their names starting with Bill P...

He was just a guest on the LeBatard Show not too long ago, too. This is really sad.
RIP to one of the great supporting actors.

Fantastic actor. I probably most identify him with True Lies and Tombstone. But he was great in everything he was in. RIP

There has been a lot of his stuff on tv lately too. I recently watched Titanic, Predator 2, 2 Guns, Vertical Limit, and Twister.
Farewell, buddy.
