Not that uncommon with someone that size. The human body isn't made to handle that much mass. Sad either way tho

Not as unlikely as you'd think. I was diagnosed with heart failure at 31, that was near 11 years ago now.

Yeah, generally speaking, we aren't meant to be that big.
When I was 16, I grew about half a foot in 3 or 4 weeks. That, coupled with some physical characteristics, had them checking me for a form of giantism.
The doctor came in with my chart and said, "This usually kills at about 24, 25. The strain on the aorta is just too much. It ruptures and you bleed out in seconds."
Then he pauses, so I'm thinking he's just laid out my future.
"Of course, we would have you treated in time, and I don't even think you have it."
"In the future, doctor, you may want to lead with that."
He turned out to be right and I stopped at 6'4", which is not uncommon in my family.
I can't imagine life at 7'7". Rest in peace.
