The plans were for Roman to be NXT champion but the Full Sail fans rejected him and embraced Bo Dallas as their overwhelming favourite. Roman quickly left NXT out of shame.
Things went OK for Reigns for a while but then Bo made his way to Raw where he got his "believe" based catchphrase more over Roman's, this led to Bo being punished by having to hang out with Slater, Rose and Axel.
Roman has to look strong in Royal Rumbles so Bo has missed three in a row after he looked too strong in his one rumble match.
Bo is never allowed to win a match on Raw as his finisher is the Bo-Dog which sounds too similar to "The Big Dog".
Now Roman is trying to do the delusional beloved hero gimmick despite the massive boos which Bo did better, as a result Bo is not even allowed to appear on Raw.
As you see the evidence is overwhelming.

And WWE was so worried that Bo would disrupt Roman's push after Wrestlemania last year, they sprung Marine 5 on everyone and made Miz, Heath and Axel accompany Bo to Vancouver to ensure he wouldn't do anything untoward!

Crazy they had a hard on for Bo. Watching the early episodes of NXT I can't take the guy seriously but I remember thinking he was not bad in a way. I liked his Rumble appearance alot but his look and promo work was very basic.
