Undertaker made a lot of money for pyro/effects/costume workers
I'd argue Undertaker morphed Shawn from Great Wrestler/World Champion tier to Legendary tier

Rock? He had a pretty clean win over undertaker on a raw in 97/98 that really cemented him as a top talent.

Agree on Hardy. To say he made Brock or Cena, lol. Mankind, I see the argument but don't agree. Taker didn't make him, he was a big part of Foley's legacy in WWF/E. Yeah he completely helped make Brock. Less so with Cena, but he still did. If any comment deserves your derision (and none did) it should be Jeff Hardy who really didn't do anything after that ladder match for years. While at the time it seemed like a huge moment I'd say ultimately it did little fo Hardy.

Brock Lesnar. Undertaker only beat him once in that weird SummerSlam match with the screwy finish. That 2002 Hell in the Cell match really legitimized Brock Lesnar. I'm quoting myself because I need to further my point and why the f*** not. But Brock Lesnar again in 2014. Brock Lesnar's return was starting to look like a bust again when he got beat by Cena, feuded with Triple H in which he lost the most high profile match on the feud cleanly and needed Paul Heyman's help to beat Triple H in the blowoff match. I also need to remind you his feud against HHH was the only time Brock needed help or needed to cheat to win since his return. People seem to already forget how truly shocking it was with Brock Lesnar ending the streak. The entire build up to the match was Brock being made to look like The Undertaker's bitch except for the Go Home episode when he F5'd Brock Lesnar. Everyone just assumed Brock Lesnar was going to be the warm body for The Undertaker and was only facing The Undertaker because he was the only high profile guy without something to do. Brock ending the streak legitimized Brock Lesnar as "The Final Boss of the WWE." Hell he's still using that momentum from breaking the streak that they are building up a future feud with Roman Reigns on the basis they are the only two guys to beat The Undertaker at Wrestlemania. Undertaker made and established Brock Lesnar twice. Once in 2002 and again in 2014.

Jeff Hardy.
A would say Brock was already a big deal, but he was bade bigger by beating Taker at Mania.

Edge was already awesome and "made", but I think his feud with Taker around WM 24 enhanced his character even more. Got to agree with everyone on Mankind and Jeff Hardy - and yes, he was in "unstoppable" mode when he jobbed to Khali, and got him over by covering up his shortcomings. Maven I would have to disagree with - he attacked Taker from behind at a Rumble then got battered for his trouble, if anything he came out looknig like he was a minor leagues player who blindsided a more experienced, tougher guy and paid for it.

He made Lesnar twice. First in the 2002 Hell in a Cell match, then again 12 years later at Mania 30.

Jeff wasn't in main events regularly until 2008. How can Taker be given credit for that?

Mankind is the first I thought of. If he had debuted & had his first program with anyone else I think Foleys WWF carrer wouldn't have gone the same way it did. Those 2 were made for each other & Undertakers willingness to put over Foley so heavily at every turn in the summer of 96 made Mick an instant WWF Superstar.

I first took Orton seriously after working with Taker. As a kid in the 90's I took Foley as major player with no prior knowledge of him because Taker made him look good. He made Edge a star (so did Cena). I also think he helped a lot with Austin.

His status made everyone he feuded with important. Some used it as a launchpad, others faltered, but for the duration of the feud and for a few months afterwards everyone he went up against was a big deal.
We laugh now about the likes of The Great Khali, but Undertaker became the integral part in selling Khali as one of THE monster heels. They made the Punjabi Prison match around him for f*** sake haha.

Remember all the times Undertaker got manhandled like we've NEVER seen before? Dude literally put over so many new flavor-of-the-month monsters over the years it spawned a meme about WWE trying to make it sound like a debuting monster beating up the Undertaker is a big deal when it happens all the f***ing time.
Just because most of them never hit anything close to the Undertaker's success doesn't mean he didn't do everything in his power to make them look good.

Foley without that feud and HIAC, Foley would never been a legit Main Eventer if it wasn't for that series of matches. Kane: Even losing at WM. Taker took an ass kicking in that match. Kane would lasted without Taker feud. Brock: There first HIAC Taker bleed like a stuff pig. Made Brock look like an animal and the fact until Summerslam 2015, Taker never won against him. Jeff Hardy: That ladder match they had, put Hardy on a different level. Yes Hardy lost but half the stuff Taker took in that match, he didn't half too and the close calls.
