There is this website called Flickchart whihc you can use to track all the films you have seen and rank them against other movies it's really cool. Does anyone else use it? I find it can be useful if you don't know what good movie you want to watch next as it keeps track of the best movies you haven't seen. my profile and rankings can be found here www.flickchart.com/alexwjoker

Looks interesting... what do you do? Create an account, rate movies you have seen against each other in a which is better style, slowly you build up your movie list. So as an example which is better Jurassic Park or Kill Bill? Go from there...

Fun fact: If you have not seen Shawshank Redemption, the site will be very upset.

i did several years ago, until something happened and the system severely dicked up my rankings. according to Flickchart, these are my top ten favorite films of all time:
1. Spaceballs 2. The Blues Brothers 3. Dogma 4. Saving Private Ryan 5. War of the Worlds (2005) 6. Kill Bill: Vol. 1 7. Ghost Rider 8. Quantum of Solace 9. Star Trek (2009) 10. American Pie
while i like most of those to varying degrees (Ghost Rider is meh, and Quantum sucks), none of them would be on my top ten. films that would actually be on my top ten are ranked at:
21. The Lion King 28. Die Hard 32, 87 & 116. The Lord of the Rings trilogy 44. The Godfather: Part II 46. GoodFellas 77. Finding Nemo 118. Jurassic Park (which would most likely come in at #1) 121. The Godfather NR. (500) Days of Summer NR. Blazing Saddles
according to Flickchart, for me, Ghostbusters comes in right under Die Another Day (bullshit, and its not even close), while Office Space, one of my favorite comedies, comes it at fourth worst, well below things like Steel, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Charlie's Angels, Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (which is so god awful i've never been able to finish it), Digimon: The Movie (which i've never seen), Saw (which i refuse to see), and The Heroic Trio (which i've never even heard of)
