...........so this isn't where I come to complain about the dirty mexicans...(kidding. I love the mexicans. Everyone should eat at one of their restaraunts once in a while!)
Anyway, the Borg. Klingons aren't really so much evil as they are savagely proud and warlike.
And not to sound TOO nerdy, but, Vulcans traditionally aren't evil, you're probably thinking of Romulans.

I refuse to take part in an "evil races" poll that doesn't include Skrulls.

Probably the Borg. Trying to assimilate the whole of the universe is pretty damn evil.
Vulcans are fairly peaceful types, though.

well, Borgs are only as "evil" as a Bee really, so they don't really count.

I was going to say that. The Romulans are EASILY the most evil.

How do you have a "most evil" list and not include the Jem' Hedar?
They nearly brought the Federation to its knees and made DS9 a critically acclaimed show.

yeah but the Jem'Hadar were just a bunch of slaves. they didn't have any motivation to be evil. the Cardassians and Changelings (Odo aside) were much worse. hell, the stories about what the Cardassians did while on Bajor are damn near Nazi-like.

The Borg are pretty sinister. I find them sorta boring though. Still, that episode where Q introduces them is a great episode.
