Reminds me of the Attitude Era nonsense TV themes.

It doesn't have laser noises. So it's got that going for it. So it's better than the laser noise theme, but worse than the laser noise-less theme.
But if we're gonna talk about shitty themes, can Smackdown ever get a good theme that's not Marilyn Manson?

I like far better than the last two. The laser remix and Riley's Revenge or whatever were bad. It doesn't have laser noises. So it's got that going for it. So it's better than the laser noise theme, but worse than the laser noise-less theme. But if we're gonna talk about shitty themes, can Smackdown ever get a good theme that's not Marilyn Manson? Still think the locker room theme they had was the best.

Shock of shocks but when music was first a thing in wrestling there were different styles of music used for video packages and what not. Look at some old Memphis stuff. You had guys with videos set to KISS, Scandal, Survivor, Donna Summer, Stevie Nicks, Willie Nelson, John Denver, etc. Different styles of music to reflect the tone or the wrestler being portrayed. Now it seems like it is just angst ridden nu metal trash that went out of style a decade ago.

I've always said Drum & Bass is perfect for wrestling, it has the aggression of rock music but is way more modern sounding.

"Welcome Home" by Coheed and Cambria was good, too.

At this point, I'd take "Get Through This" back.

Looking it up... Not the worst theme I've ever heard but not anything I'd call good either. Though I barely even notice the themes anyway, like I've heard them tons of times and have absolutely no idea what the current Raw and SmackDown themes sound like.

Have they already switched to a new one?
I don't see why they switched from Roar of the Crowd. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

The song in question (featuring the most useless lyric video of all time):
Language warning.
It's pretty bad.

I feel like my ears were just assaulted in an alley by the year 2001.
I can only hope it lasts as long as the last song did.
