For a celebrity, Jeremiah Duhamel was just fine. Way better than Florida Georgia Line.

I didn't mind it. He did the best he could. No big deal. It was a good match anyway.
I find Booker's inane bullshit and Michael Cole's yucky voice far more irritating, and that's something that blights Raw every damn week.

Jebekiah Duhamello was thrust into a position he wasn't prepared for. It's not like a talk radio show or something, so I don't get why they thought he'd be able to just sit in and contribute.

This thread made it out to seem he was like "f*** THESE GUYS", just your casual celeb guest, WWE likes the attention and they hope it helps whatever the hell they re promoting, no biggie.

He seemed like he was enjoying what the wrestlers did even though he didn't know much about the show. I swear this board hates everything.

I didn't watch how Jay-Jay Ducokocha but it seems like a bad idea to put people on commentary that don't quite know the product. Like, you don't watch an NFL game and suddenly have Debra Messing appear during a play to promote the new season of Will & Grace.
It just seems like a weird thing to suddenly do when they usually just do in ring and backstage segments. It seems even weirder when you have a 3 hour show to fill.

Better than those bro country assholes talking about their performance at "honor the troops thing". At least he cared about the rules.

No, that's Prince Andrew (Jesus, I'm old.) I'm pretty sure that the Duke of York would have had some knowledge of what was goin' on; the Old Doll was a fan of Big Daddy back in the day, so I'm told.

I like how the new trend here is not getting people's names right.

For a second last night, I thought Jeff Dunham did commentary.

I watched some interviews he did and that's his normal voice. He usually sounds disinterested by default, but it seemed like he was excited to be there and he wanted to be in the ring haha

He seemed like he was enjoying what the wrestlers did even though he didn't know much about the show. I swear this board hates everything. He seemed totally disinterested from my point of view and more interested in plugging his own shows than calling any of the action. When posed questions about the actual wrestling he either whiffed or deflected.
I'm all for guest commentators being thrust into the world and absorbing it and getting into it, Duhamel sounded like it was all a total waste of his time. And it made the whole thing come off bad.
It's the opinion I and others shared. If it didn't bug you, fine. Can we not default to "I THOUGHT IT WAS OK, THIS BOARD HATES EVERYTHING GOSH!" when we're criticizing a subject please? That's just a useless add on that detracts from your own stance and is begging for a fight to break out and a thread to lock. Unnecessary, speak your mind, don't bait like that, it's not good for anyone.

I think That attitude is a blow back from "you like the product, what's wrong with you attitude?" I don't think either are right, but this problem has been underlying for a while

Better than those bro country assholes talking about their performance at "honor the troops thing". At least he cared about the rules. Yeah, at least Jinglealltheway Dulcimer was a one-off visitor. WWE keeps bringing back Flumbo-Grumbo Limbo for appearances and they can't even pretend to care.

I'd take a bored or confused celebrity over the fake-excited celebrity who says they're "ready to rumble!", calls every move a bodyslam, and other such cliches.
