At this rate if Lashley's daughter set up a lemonade stand they'd be demanding 10% of all proceeds from that too. If she gave them 10% she'd still make more money than them

I get from a job from a non wrestling organization, and you have the gall to demand that I give you part of my paycheck from it?
Eat a big bag of dicks and choke on them

This company is run by vile trash bag goblins. I said before that Ed is likely pals with Martin Shkreli given all we've found out about him

Is this even legal in anyway? Imagine you're working construction during the day and get a second job delivering pizza's at night, and the construction company wants 10%. How do they even enforce this? If you refuse, are the going to take you to court and sue? Are they going to go to the pizza company and demand the 10%? How the hell is this even a real thing? If it's in a contract, it's more than likely legal, no matter how sleazy it is. Their logic is that because of GFW, she was able to get that job, even though she's pretty well known regardless of them, and she probably got that job on her own merits. Hell, for all we know, they used this as a way to get her off their books. They informed her that they were owed 10% of her pay from this other show, and she told them to f*** right off, which is her right. Fortunately, it seems like more and more of the talent realize that these assholes are taking them for a ride and they're seeing that they can go elsewhere and make their own money without having someone pimp them out.

It's sad, but I think I can follow their twisted logic, at least a tiny bit. I don't agree with it, mind you, but I think I know the internal logic that Ed is clinging to. Well, we do a TV show, and that's a type of entertainment, and she left us to take some other acting job that is also on TV, so it's the same thing, since both shows are shows. So it's likely that since she worked for us, that is what got her the job, so we are owed a kind of finder's fee, only wen want it in installments that last for as long as she does that job. Same for Jeff Hardy, since music is also a kind of entertainment, and people might garner some enjoyment from it, as they hypothetically would from GFTNAW, so if both things can make someone say "This is fun" then they're connected, and so Ed wants money. It's thin, it has no merit, and if anyone has a lawyer worth a damn, GFW is sunk the first time someone takes them to court over this "business model". Sadly, some people will still sign on, probably with the idea of "Well, I"m a big star, so they wouldn't do that to ME, right?" The would, they will, and it leaves the rest of us wondering how the hell someone with this logic pattern, with this train of reasoning, has managed to make his company, his business, network, or even some lemonade stand in his front yard successful. Hell, on the lemonade stand analogy, it's basically this. Well, I've got a lemonade stand, and it's not doing so well, and down the street, the Girl Scouts are selling cookies, and they're giving out cups of juice if you buy cookies since it's hot. I sell a drink, and they have a drink at their stand, so that means we're the same. So even though the Girl Scouts have been around forever, and are bigger and more established, some of the girls that are at the stand are people I know who might help me with my lemonade stand. So that means, that if they help me out when they come to hang out, I get to have the Girl Scouts give me money because of my lemonade stand. My head hurts from that, but to me, that's Ed's mindset. Yeah but why should anybody give them 10% because one, they where not using her. Two the reason why she got that job to earn a living for herself. But that same 10% they want everyone who goes and does a date is doing for that reason to feed themselves and families. They already take 100% of merchandise with is another BS deal.

Like I said, I put on my psychologist hat and all I see is narcissistic justification of behavior on their part. We are important because we have money, and these thigns that work for us, they have less money but are trying to have more. So we need some of what others give them to help our profits but more importantly so that they are fully aware of how much they owe us for their good fortune.

I have to wonder if this 10% clause is part of everybody's contracts. Is Bruce Prichard giving up 10% of that sweet mesothelioma money? Are they getting 10% of Alberto's Colombian marching powder?

If this is their standard policy, that they even tried to force into the Hardyz, I imagine Lashley is on his way out. No way is he gonna share his MMA money. This is the most insane thing ever.

Does the F in GFW stand for "Feudalism"? No, it stands for the same thing it always did; "Farce". Whoever is dreaming up with these silly contract demands needs to have their head superkicked to the moon. Does GFW not realize they are in absolutely no position to be making demands like this? I'd swear they went to the same clown college as Ditzy.
