Um...yeah I'm not even going to begin to comprehend the level of idiocy in that story.
Not only is the kid dumb enough to smoke pot while on trial, but bring it to court, and his mom is his attorney, who then tries to say that the kid is brain damaged but has a 100+ IQ.
This takes the cake for dumb criminals

Maybe I'm just odd, but when I first saw the story, the wrestling fan in me immediatly went to a visual of the weed hitting the floor and the jury box breaking into a "you f***ed up" chant.
