Meh, it doesn't sound like he's holding a grudge about it or anything. I can understand why Vince would have a reaction like that in the moment. He probably got over it when he saw Cena was fine. It was a freak accident. So basically, an uncharacteristically normal human reaction. People can get angry about accidents without necessarily following up on them by holding a grudge and sabotaging a career or something. I'd hazard a guess that Vince is alot more reasonable and balanced than his reputation and what gets reported. In Chinese whispers things get blown out of proportion, by the time Meltzer and his ilk get a news story it could be like fifth hand information.

"AND BRING ME MY GODDAMNED GRILLED STEAK! I'M REALLY HUNGRY! OTHERWISE NO KYLE O'WHATEVER FOR YOU! GAWD! WHAT DOES A MILLIONAIRE HAVE TO DO TO ACTUALLY HAVE BREAKFAST AROUND HERE!?" "Vince. It's 10PM" Any meal can be breakfast when you don't sleep.

But if you're a jobber that concusses someone with an overly stiff forearm that is easily preventable you get rewarded with a mega-push and boring title reign because muscles.

Let's see. Cena throughout the years has proven himself to be athletically subpar, clumsy, and uncoordinated. It's no surprise to me he can't do an assisted standing moonsault. Yeah, it's all Nakamura's fault though.

Wrestling news are so weird, they just take something that happened that could be seen negative and spin a story. Biggest scam in the industry, reminds me of people that claim to talk with ghosts.

I wouldn't have been happy if my top star could have been potentially injured from a botched move, either. Does that make me a bad person, too? If his other top stars or any of his favorite toys had an in-ring incident and no one ended up hurt, he wouldn't be throwing a hissy and you know it. Rollins f***ed Cena's shit up and got away with it, dude. More than that, the company tried to profit from the ordeal. It's like you said, Vince is a capricious old man and whether he throws a fit over something or not is between him and the sky spirits.
