What are some of the strangest match-ups in WWE in recent times. I think it is hilarious for example that Bubba Ray holds a DQ win over Roman Reigns
What other really strange/mismatched/lopsided/random matchups have happened in recent years?

Shinsuke Nakamura versus Jinder Mahal is gonna be one for the books. Even moreso given that it's a world title match on a major PPV and not just an enhancement match on weekly TV.

I remember CM Punk and Fandango having a decent match on an episode of Smackdown.

On its own that is kinda weird, but then I keep thinking about the fact Nakamura won his first world title over the established Tenzan, two years into his debut at age 23. And to be fair, he was technically better than Jinder early, and he was treated like a big deal and protected way more than Jinder's been. But the point is that he still used to be that upstart champion who seemingly won out of nowhere, just like Jinder is. So now Nakamura is the established star facing him, and within that historical context, it doesn't look as odd to me.

CM Punk's final (possibly ever) 1-on-1 match.

Big Show-Undertaker in the first Punjabi Prison mostly because the match was specifically designed for Khali so it feels weird that he's not even in it due to the great elevated liver enzymes scare of 06

Braun facing Kalisto in a Dumpster Match. That isn't really strange for happening, it's strange that Kalisto won clean.

That 4 way 16 man tag on Raw a few years back.
The Uso's, Dean Ambrose & Roman Reigns vs The Dudleys, Tommy Dreamer & Rhyno vs The Wyatt Family vs League of Nations. What was going on there.

When Shane/Undertaker Hell in a Cell was announced I was baffled. I felt even more shock when WM32 happened and the match actually happened as announced.
