Anyone else wish they would call up Tyler Bate, as a full time main roster guy? He has ALL the tools the WWE looks for and he has this weird charisma about him! I feel like he would be a good ic level feud for the Miz and would constantly be putting on great matches and get over based on that alone. I have a feeling he will end up on 205 Live

Nope, not yet. He's still young and with all the cooks in the kitchen right now he might get lost. I say keep building him up in NXT for some years before moving him up. We need to get some of the roster out of here first.

Too young to be called up. I remember the reports few years ago about how Paige is so young but mature enough to be called up. Looked what happened. Kelly Kelly is the gold standard of an extremely young talent that didn't have shit ton of problems during her time on the main roster or after WWE

I don't think there's any rush with him. He's great already, better than many on the roster but he's still young. Imagine how good he'll be if he sticks around in development for another few years.
I honestly think both he and Dunn could become two of the, if not the two main guys in the WWE if all goes well. Both are young, excellent wrestlers and great in their roles as face/heel. Plus they've got a ready made backstory to bring up when they feud.

The UK thing all feels very much like a Triple H pet project, and in that case I can totally understand him being protective and wanting to wait until he can bring things in on his terms. Obviously he can't do that with everyone, but the UK guys are in a funny kind of limbo with their contracts that makes it easier to do without feeling like he's got people spinning their wheels. Give them some time to breathe, let them move up with a concise plan and goal in mind, otherwise you get some dudes who play against Vince's type and might get lost in the shuffle like everyone else.

He is too young.they already made a mistake making him UK Champion.
The kid needs to go wrestle around the World,he has too much potential to not try to get better.

It's scary to think he has only been wrestling 3 years. I'd love to see him do a few Japan tours before he is full time in WWE.

The UK guys are a surreal case and I don't think it's simply the case of just asking if they should be "called up" because they're not under the same standard as any other talent in the company.
Like, right now, they're all still on the indies doing ther regular dates for the Feds they work for (except the ones that do iPPVs), doing dates for promotions not under WWE deals of some kind and putting on the same kind of matches as they did before they "signed" with WWE.
Right now, they're the definition of independent contractors. They only come to NXT shows when they can fit WWE into their schedule.
The question now is "What happens next?" because with WoS potentially dead in the water (a resurrection next year is something I can't refuse to rule out, regardless of the evidence we know now) and the U.K. Scene still growing as it is, WWE isn't in a rush to start anything more but they don't want to lose out on the momentum that's slowly gathering for companies. The last UK show made them a loss so shareholders might not be keen on the trying again especially with other stuff not being great (crowd attendances and the like) but the long term potential is there too.
It doesn't answer your question (for the record, Bate's ready right now so yes) but this isn't like we're talking about Sanity or Heavy Machinery or any other NXT talent. Heck, Joseph Conners was wiggled into the WCPW Pro Wrestling World Cup to replace Michael Elgin and he's a WWE guy.

I really enjoy him alot, such a great talent but with that said he has all the time in the world right now. I think if anything I would use him and Trent Seven as Mustache Mountain on NXT for the time being

I'm amazed that he was as great as he was when I saw him in Melbourne City Wrestling in January last year. Kid has a presence, tangible charisma and is phenomenally skilled.

Only is they also bring back torito and horswoggle so he has someone his own size to feud with Bate's able to basically chuck someone twice his size like a sack of potatoes, his deadlifts and ability to basically carry full grown men like small children are something guys double his size have trouble doing because not everyone can work that type of a power game. So no, him actually being the smaller guy and being able to do that is a better spectacle. Dude has stellar core strength and he's only 21 and been doing this 3 Years. He could basically work anywhere given the chance.

He is so good at his age it isn't even fair. He wrestles like a 15 year vet.
I'd love to see him tear it up in NJPW for a little bit before settling in at WWE full time.

When I first saw him his height kind of made me question him, like I couldn't take him serious against "normal" sized WEE guys, but after watching him I hardly notice his height, and think he'd have no problem tossing around some WWE guys, even the "super heavy weights"

He needs to be on the cruiser show, and they must rename it 205 Liv.

His best bet is to wait until Vince rolls out with his pole out, because Vince might realize that he can rename him "Master Bate"
