The Ethan Page/Ellen Page post here got me to thinking about a topic I've always been curious about. Is there any person, whether they be athlete, celebrity, or other, who you think could have the chops to break into the pro wrestling business. One person who I always seem to think could do it is gymnast Simone Biles. She's incredibly athletic, strong and agile, can handle herself okay in interviews (although like most athletes, she can be a little stiff in linereading), and has a look that could translate well to wrestling.
So, anyone you think could do it?

I mean, it's obvious but Rob Gronkowski is an easy choice. I think Cristiano Ronaldo would make a fantastic egotistical heel. Any gymnastics competitor or Ninja Warrior dude would be physical enough for it, problem is they can be small people.

I think that the world of theatre wouldn't be a bad place to look. People who go through a lot of physical demands night in and night out, have to project a character to a huge audience through body language, have to have spot-on timing, and often have to adapt to and take over wildly different roles. Only problem would be that they're often a bit more slight than wrestlers.

I might be in the might be in the minority, but I wouldn't mind Stephen Amell taking a serious shot at wrestling.

Peter Capaldi as Malcolm Tucker would be a fantastic wrestling heel!!
Liam Gallagher going on 205 Live, beating Enzo via more cheating and being basically worse than Enzo on the annoying level that Enzo groups together with the rest of 205 would be incredible.

Samantha Wright getting into wrestling would be pretty awesome. Gymnist turned powerlifter, physically that's a pretty good indication they could cut it.

Hafthor Bjornsson has the build, the athletic ability, and the presence to be a big star. He's one of the only guys I can think of that can actually make Brock Lesnar look small.

Had it been a few years earlier Chael Sonnen would've been a fantastic heel.

Had it been a few years earlier Chael Sonnen would've been a fantastic heel. Maybe, though like with Conor, I sometimes wonder if people think that because they're doing the kind of stuff that might be standard for a wrestling heel, just in a different venue. Same thing Muhammad Ali did, so I'm not acting like no one else hasn't stolen blatantly from wrestling, but they might look much less exceptional if dropped into wrestling and doing the same bit.

Rob Gronkowski. Didn't he have a tryout once? Isn't he friends with Mojo as well?

I'd say Jon Jones if it turns out he and No Way Jose aren't actually the same person.

High Jackman was perfect and even made the people questioned if he hit Ziggler for real.
He also could improvise and read the crowd. He reminds me of Andy Kaufman and his levels of commitment.
