I don't see much point in commenting on the awfulness of the offense or the lightness of the term to be served, cos those kinda go without saying. The thing I want to know is what decade is this judge from to specify 'video arcade facilities' in the order? Are arcades even a thing anymore?? Maybe they’re not as abundant as they once were, but you can still find arcades in some areas. The boardwalk in Ocean City, New Jersey, for one. And some malls and amusement parks have a room with arcade machines, as well as those games of chance that you can win prizes from. The Dave & Buster’s restaurant chain has a big arcade area as well. Don't forget Chuck-E-Cheese either, which is both an arcade AND a popular place for kids and birthday parties and the like.
