Anybody a fan of collecting Coliseum Videos? I just got a lot of 6 from eBay for $25 and I'm enjoying them. I just wish more of them were readily available. I have to think WWE has some in their warehouse or something.

I go to Thrift Stores all the time, and never find these for whatever reason. I would pick them up if I find them. I see more copies of early 2000s DVDs and, like someone else said, I see more WCW late 90s VHS than any WWF stuff.

Those were the first videos I rented when I first got into wrestling, I believe the first one was Wrestlemania and Hulkamania shortly thereafter.
I bought a few from my local Waxworks, from the WWF directly when they would send flyers out to their magazine subscribers and my biggest haul was from a guy who was set up at a flea market-he apparently bought them when they had a sale, and it might have been WWF related. he was afraid I was going to sell them on Ebay. I assured him I wouldn't, and I never intend to get rid of them.

I don't collect, but one of my favorites is Supertape II www.dawrestlingsite.com/wrestling/flashback_reviews/wwe/coliseum-videos/supertape-vol-2.phpThere's a horrible gag running through it where some deep voice shouts SUPERTAPE every time Sean Mooney says it. Ends up being a stagehand behind a screen. Rockers vs Powers of Pain with one the highest back body drop I've EVER seen. www.youtube.com/watch?v=BEa8Ew3470Q (go to 5:25 or so for it) Rick Rude wrestles a good portion of a cage match with Roddy Piper with his trunks pulled damn near off, including doing a fist drop from the top of the cage There's some really goofy commentary from Lord Alfred Hayes. What stands out is an inexplicable call where he described a powerbomb as "a powerbomb craftily disguised as a piledriver" for no discernable reason. I didn't see it as a kid, but I did watch it in high school around 2003 with about 20 other backyard wrestlers. Fun times.

I use to collect them but now I can just watch all the "exclusives" on youtube and dailymotion plus I no longer own a VCR so they're not worth anything in my opinion VHS is obsolete

I would enjoy World Tour '92 with the Savage/Michaels main event. Right now, I'm watching Invasion '92 and it's hilarious. Sean Mooney is in command of the WWF Star Cruiser and Lord Alfred Hayes is Scotty. The huge highlight is Ric Flair's hour of fun where it shows his Royal Rumble win, but it has the bastardized commentary to get over the Sid/Hogan feud. The Flair/Hart and Flair/Michaels matches make it worth it!
