I was watching the footage and Baron Corbin doesn't just have a widow's peak... he has a widow's chasm.

A small missed opportunity. During Smackdown's attack, they should have trashed and/or eaten all the catering. It would be petty, but it would also have been hilarious.

And tomorrow these folks are going back to killing each other. But once a week for the next month, they'll be a unit.

Where are the promos at because right now I'm confused by a bunch of faces randomly being part of a group that ambushes Raw wrestlers because reasons. This angle has been done before, though given that people are switched between shows a couple times a year at this point, why?

That said, if Sting were still active, Smackdown would be an amazing time to revive the Sting in a Sting mask trick.

And tomorrow these folks are going back to killing each other. But once a week for the next month, they'll be a unit. That’s what I don’t understand. I know we’re all supposed to presume this is some weird out of continuity thing (which is dumb because it feels like we’re supposed to have that moment every month now, especially Survivor Series time) but then why should I then take it seriously when they feud again when they’re a unit because of some weird brand loyalty thing that has literally never been established right now? There’s never really been tension or words being shot at people, Raw never took shots at Smackdown, no segments involved Smackdown being pissed about Raw’s treatment or anything. It just happened and, unless Raw responds I’m kind tomorrow, it won’t mean very much. And then, like you said, they’ll all still feud with each other after that like they didn’t just team up to beat up another brand for no reason. It’s ridiculous and makes the product seem meaningless.

It is hard for anyone tp suspend disbelief when they all band together at a whim in the name of brand loyalty.
Especially when brand loyalty has never been an object all year. And especially when people don't raise a furor when switching brands in a superstar shakeup. Also weird for brand loyalty to render a show's feuds meaningless when people switch on a dime.

hmm, there appear to be two people not in this picture Two Best Friends are not part of #StevenSeagalReference Two People that really, REALLY don't like Shane McMahon. I hope those two best friends don't hold open the gates tomorrow to spite Shane. Edit: Forgot about injury Owens doesn't have to appear, he and Sami could do a live via satellite so they aren't even there Shelton Benjamin and Sin Cara? Charlotte and Mike Kanellis? Jinder Mahal and Samir Singh? Aiden English and James Ellsworth? Naomi and Lana? The Usos? Breezango? The Ascension? I started this post not realizing how many people weren’t actually there. Either there are more people sick than we thought or more people that are really irrelevant on the brand than we thought... add in the Bludgeon Brothers too. If some of them were sick fair enough but it's interesting when you're trying to show Brand Unity and people on the brand aren't there...

I'm gonna have to find this segment online to watch. It sounds great. Highlights upon rewatching - Apollo stupidly going in for a handshake and getting his ass handed to him - Becky Lynch... during the whole thing. - Nakamura not throwing one hand just walking around like he owned the place - Rusev hopping on the Locker Room Table and screaming - Mojo screaming "THAT'S WHAT'S UP PLAYBOY!" as the Shield get beaten down Notable thingsL Corbin destroying the intern not making the cut, it was awesome. The notable absentees like Orton. And the fact Smackdown now has to do a show tomorrow with feuds and rivalries after they all just came together to kill people...

Breezango and The Ascension are on official police work, so I'd cut them some slack. Usos are an odd one, though... This seemed right up their alley, and they weren't involved at all.

Rewatching this now and I just realized Gable is the one who jumped Jason Jordan in the locker room. He even pushed Rusev so that he could get to him first. That’s good shit.

And they're the ones slated to face Ambrose and Rollins at Survivor Series... Are we not taking the South African Tour lag into consideration? Maybe that's it? It's either Injuries, Sickness, or Travel. Or on the offchance they didn't agree on a gang warfare beatdown and for people like Bludgeon Brothers and Usos that makes no sense, hell for Orton it doesn't even make sense he lives off this shit...
