Also, a moment of silence for whatever poor schmuck they draft in for The LAW relaunch. There's uphill battles and there's just nigh-on unwinnable wars. Knowing Anthem, it'll be Josh Matthews to just compound things. On Observer Radio the other night, Dave Meltzer speculated that they'll end up getting Jeremy Borash and/or Josh Matthews to host the "new LAW". And he thinks it will likely be based around Impact wrestling. Because of course... ugh.

It’d be weird though if they talked about wwe or roh though

- Getting rid of the LAW (even if I hadn't listened to it in years, and it sounds like it'll continue elsewhere) - The whole Hardygate stuff - Trying to use extortion on wrestlers with the whole 10% thing - Possibly getting World of Sport shut down.
TNA have, somehow, managed to become the first wrestling promotion I actively despise and wish the demise of. They're like a cancer to the entire industry.

With John Pollock and Jason Agnew gone, and potentially Wai and Dan "The Mouth", this ends an era.
Shit, I loved Review-a-Wai, and was hoping to continue with Keep It 2000.

The only thing that could destroy that cancer is WWE acquiring Impact Wrestling.

Yeah, this is completely on the TNA acquisition eating up most of their money. Rumors are the debt they took on was well into 8 figures, plus whatever they paid Dixie and the expenses since then. Anyway, this is from Dave Scherer at PWInsider: Note from Scherer: If you enjoyed the old format of the show, from what I have heard you probably won't like the new version if it becomes what I have told it will be. More on my hotline tomorrow. Call 1-900-909-9900. Kids, get your parents' permission before calling. All the latest scoops on this and more, only $1.49 a minute.

Hopefully, TSN cancels the new show after the first episode.

Just went to the Fight Network site to listen to Review A Raw and Review A Smackdown, saw they weren't uploaded and wondered what was going on, so I went to their twitter accounts to find out what was up. Been listening to John and Wai for about 5 years. I love all of their Review shows and hope they continue to do them in some capacity. TNAnthem ruins everything. Seriously. F*** that owl. John Pollock and Wai Ting are continuing their weekly reviews of Raw and Smackdown, at least. For now, they're on Wai's YouTube channel.

When LAW comes back it's going to be catered to TNA. Calling it now. I haven't listened to like any LAW since the Anthem/TNA buyout just because it was never a show I followed that strongly to begin with, but I honestly figured there would have been a lot more TNA emphasis and positive spin on their shows. The fact people are disappointed that the show is gone tells me that didn't happen, in which case kudos to these guys for being consummate professionals not sucking up to their employer like that.

I'm surprised they lasted as long as they did. And that's not a slight at them, just surprising they weren't sent packing at the same time as John Ramdeen, Robin Black, and Gabe Morency.

At least Anthem got a wrestling company that nobody watches and is a complete money pit in the deal!

I’d like to think someone said something along those lines sarcastically in Time Warner after the AOL merger. “It’s wrecked our company across all departments but man, think about those free 90 day trials!”

John got some trouble for doing that Ed Norholm interview that everyone tore to shred and the management wanted to get their hands on before he uploaded it.

I'm just echoing everyone else's sentiments, but I'll miss John and Wai. Hopefully MLW will come calling, if they haven't already. The LAW itself could be hit or miss. Jason and Dan weren't always the most pleasant people to listen to, and good God, I hate call-ins.

However, Rick from Toronto will be the guest star of the new show because he's always "WWE is killing these Southern promotions", and was a TNA defender. I actually was on the show three times; after Rousey got decimated by Holm, after Clash of Champions last year, and recently the SmackDown PPV that had Harper winning a rare match.

Here's hoping they are WWE bound.
Think about it. They need someone to help improve their video. Those shaky cameras piss me off to no avail. Dunn needs help. When Styles got fired, they needed a new .com guy and digital media person. Pollock is perfect for it. Agnew can be the wacky backstage reporter. And then Dan can be a mouthpiece for someone.
Seriously, they can definitely be used so much better now on the bigger stage.

Jason and Dan weren't always the most pleasant people to listen to, and good God, I hate call-ins. Dan is just a big wrestling fan, and says what he likes and dislikes. While I don't always agree with him, he's harmless. However, I actively dislike Agnew, due to his constantly talking down to people, be it his co-hosts, the callers, or sometimes even guests. He just comes across as the type of person I would never want to be around. John and Wai are definitely "the draw" out of the group for me, as far as guys from the LAW that I hope have a decent future platform to continue producing content.
