It's common place for us to laugh at the youngsters who mark out for their hero, Cena (see: "Oh no, Cena lost" kid). It's easy to blame their actions on their young minds, but we still find it all funny.
Last night I was watching Transformers: The Movie (20th anniversary. great DVD), and they went on about how children were upset when Optimus Prime died, and their parents filed complaints. I heard all about this in the past, but I still had to laugh at the parents who felt like the need to write letters of complaints to the movie creators. But then I realized something: those upset children were from my generation. I was only six when the movie came out, and that could have been me crying to my mom (I'm glad I didn't).
That got me thinking to today's assignment: Let us all know of any times when you were a child in which you reacted strongly to something, which in hindsight, you now find either silly, annoying or stupid about.
I'm sure, 10 years from now, all those Cena-loving kids may look back and say "what the hell was I thinking?"

I marked out for Tatanka and Jake "The Snake" Roberts as a kid. And I cried when, at a house show, that Jake lost.
I'm not ashamed to admit it, and truthfully I still mark out for those two.
Although I don't like Cena and somewhat mock him in front of my brother (a Cena mark), I still get him Cena stuff for his birthday and all. It's not his fault that he's a fan of Cena, why should I take it out on him?

I cried like a baby when the Olympic torch was extinguished in Calgary in 88. I would have been about 5..........I have no idea why.

If youre talkin wrestling and the way I reacted to certain moments as a little kid I guess I could give a few of my reactions.
Wrestlemania 9- Undertaker vs Giant Gonzales- Being a big fan of the Undertaker as a child I booed the heck out of Giant Gonzales for trying to take out the Undertaker with chloroform.
HBK throwing Marty through the glass shocked me.
Lex Luger slamming Yokozuna on the deck of the Intrepid I found fairly entertaining. Then magic of television had me hooked.

I was brought to tears after wrestlemania 6. 3 years later i hated Hulk Hogan. I was pissed when he won the title at wrestlemania 9. That was manly cuz I wanted Bret Hart to win so bad.
