- Mumble rap. Acts like Future, 21 Savage get lumped in it, but I still hear a lot of charisma and good flows from artists with that label. If people can't bump Future by now they never will. 21 Savage I can understand but he's put shit out that's fire. What I hate is when some dudes start slurring their words and mumble rap (Kodak Black has done that on a few songs). People can complain about this generation of rappers but the one thing they do got going for them is the fire beats they rap over That's my problem with some rap(mostly mainstream). The beats can be amazing, but the rapping is straight up garbage. But different strokes and all.

The NBA - I know that there is a feeling that the same teams are always going to end up on top but I just love the current crop of talent and style of play. It feels like 90% of the league has someone worth watching.

(Also, I don't know how much of people's reactions to it are tinted by them just hating furries or anything funny animal related, which is a huge shame if that's the case. People in 2017 shouldn't be bothered by furries anymore, they're harmless.) I've never understood the intense hatred some people seem to have for furries. Me neither. There are some who are into the sexual stuff, but even those folks aren't really hurting anyone on average. Plus I've seen some amazing artists who specialize in anthros.

I think the Sonic hate is mostly due to Christian Weston Chandler (or whatever they're called now, I think they changed their name).

There's too much interesting and cool stuff in the franchise for one fan to spoil it.

I meant to post this earlier, but I forgot...anyway, I recently played through Mighty No.9, and I really enjoyed it. I can see why people would have been upset about it at full price, and it definitely looks much cheaper than its budget both graphically and with the way the cutscenes are done, but I got it cheap on sale and I liked it.

It had to do with the Fandom reaction to any criticism of the Sonic franchise.

The Sonic Adventure games. They and the Dreamcast helped get through a very rough time in my life(High school) and have an emotional attachment to these games. I will defend these games until the day I die.

It had to do with the Fandom reaction to any criticism of the Sonic franchise. No, I think it had more to do with furries. If it were because of reaction to criticism, Nintendo fans would be the most hated fandom on the planet(8.8 anyone?).

- The Suicide Squad movie: hear me out, I don't think it's a hidden masterpiece or anything, and the second half kinda drags. But it's visually striking, it has some fun action sequences and the characters do have a good deal of persona. - Mumble rap. Acts like Future, 21 Savage get lumped in it, but I still hear a lot of charisma and good flows from artists with that label. - The Archie/SatAM Sonic the Hedgehog canon: Looking back on it, I really think it still holds up. It's a shame the rep of the franchise is beholden to however fans feel about the gameplay engines, because the cost is that all those entertaining storylines with Sally, Bunnie, etc. get lost in the shuffle. (Also, I don't know how much of people's reactions to it are tinted by them just hating furries or anything funny animal related, which is a huge shame if that's the case. People in 2017 shouldn't be bothered by furries anymore, they're harmless.) - The MLP movie: Seriously, I had a good time seeing this. It's not as hilarious or emotional as some of the show's better episodes, but some critics called it "the worst animated movie this year ". After Emoji Movie? Don't think so. - The Power Rangers movie: It's tonally all over the place, true, and I laughed at the product placement too, and they should have been in the suits longer. But the teens themselves are very well written and engaging, they feel way more believable than the cast from the show. Wait, what? I thought that the Archie/SatAM canon was amazing! Shame they had to reboot numerous times, though.

Honestly I appreciate most if not all Sonic canon personally, but since there are so many subsections the debates can get a bit tribal.

I mean, anyone can produce great beats nowadays.

I don't love the movie, per se, but I watched it a second time, and could see where the movie really could have been *great* had they made some different choices.

Hulk Hogan. He’s a TV character. Whatever Terry Bollea is, I don’t know or particularly care.
Family Guy. Still hilarious. Took me a while to get back into it after the return, but I think it’s still a hilarious show.

I will continue to defend the concept of Fandoms till my dying day. I think being part of a community with people that share the same interests as you is a great thing, A place you can share Artwork, Stories etc.
Having been to many conventions now the atmosphere has always been awesome and I have yet to experience any toxic attitudes..
I certainly don't deny that every fandom has it's idiots.. But to call a whole Fandom Toxic/Cancer because of these people is unfair in my opinion..
So yeah.. Long live fandoms.

Gotham apparently. I like a lot of the Criminal Minds, Blindspot etc crime drama, and having one that's Batman before Batman is pretty cool IMO. I mean, it's not perfect, the haunted Joker Army for example was ridiculous, but it's usually worth watching.

I have said it before in many threads, but I will say it again.
Ghostbusters: Answer The Call - As much as a lot of the haters on social media will want to lynch me for this (Because in their case, EVERYONE is SUPPOSED TO agree with the popular opinion), I have defended this movie to death and I have stood by my positive opinion of the film. Now I am not going to pretend that this film is flawless. It definitely has flaws. There were some issues in the writing and editing, and after having seen some deleted scenes in the extras, it would have made for better character and story development for some characters and its subplot. But as its own thing, I enjoyed it. I still enjoy the original two films and the cartoon. I also like the comics. However, while this film was not perfect, I am not ashamed to admit that I saw it multiple times in theaters and own it on Blu Ray. And regarding the haters, it's one thing not to like the film (Because everyone has a different opinion), but whenever a Ghostbusters-related Facebook page posts something related to that film, it's totally different when people go out of their way to crap on it.
xXx: Return of Xander Cage - Okay, while The Fate of the Furious is a better film, I really didn't think that this film deserved all the hate it got. Yes, it was a stupid film, and there were some things that didn't make sense, especially some aspects of the plot, but I was able to see that Vin Diesel was having fun doing that film and it had some decent stunts and action. It was a fun way to spend nearly two hours, at least I thought so.

Yeah, the whole Ghostbusters back and forth was ridiculous. It was a decent summer comedy in the end, not as funny as the 1984 film but I still enjoyed myself.
I'll also second the Adventure games, and I'll add the Street Fighter EX series.
