I don't know who got into Lesnar's ear about making Styles look good in defeat, I assume Heyman, but thank you whomever you are.

Jesus christ.
We're to the point of acting impressed that a wrestler sold for another wrestler after a big huge main event match.

Jesus christ. We're to the point of acting impressed that a wrestler sold for another wrestler after a big huge main event match. Considering the guy's history with half-assing it in the ring if he's not feeling the match, it is impressive he actually cared. That said, it's one of the big reasons why I've been done with Lesnar for quite some time now. Even when you talk about guys like Joe and Strowman, neither really looked good coming out the other end with him. With Styles, he even made Mahal look good in defeat (and not just due to interference), and also made matches with guys like Ellsworth worth the time they used to book it as opposed to a likely 30-second squash by Lesnar. Reality is, Styles is the flag bearer that the WWE wants, Lesnar is the one they deserve.

the truth is that this headline was supposed to be "Brock sold drugs for AJ backstage" but the WWE lawyers got to them before they could report the truth.

Remember how this was gonna be Lesnar-Mahal until Lesnar was like, "No, that's not a match I want or that will make money because nobody wants to see it"?
It's no secret I hate Lesnar, but I am hoping SO hard that they spend all this time building to Lesnar-Reigns, only for Lesnar to go "No, that's not a match I or anyone else wants".
I don't even care who winds up being the guy he wants, I just want to watch this company panic.

But did he ask anyone to hit him or kiss him?

Now Jinder, I'll admit that he wasn't.

Vince will just get rid of Heyman and eventually get what he wants.

Why would Lesnar pretending that AJ hurt him for real be a good thing? If he was backstage selling to everyone about how much he loved working with AJ and what a great job he did then that would be beneficial. Hurting the guy they spend the most money on, not so much.

It's wrong that a wrestler's outcome against Lesnar is seemingly based on whether Paul Heyman deems somebody worthy enough to be one of 'his guys'. And it's wrong that the company still insist on pushing Roman over so many other more qualified wrestlers but that's already been established based on the backlash over the last few years. I just...I just kinda wish all three of them were gone from the company or at least the world title scene.

Thank god they went with Lesnar vs Styles instead of Lesnar vs Mahal.
