You have magically been given the authority to take a singles wrestler, a tag team, and/or a stable and have them appear on another company's programming for at least a short run; you're not removing them from their "home" promotion, just letting them work in another environment for a little while. Which wrestlers do you move around to which promotions and why? Reasons might include wanting to freshen a wrestler up, or simply because they'd be awesome or have a great feud or two in another promotion. If you want to do a straight talent exchange go ahead and specify who goes back the other way.
I'll start with:
Tag Team - The Bar (WWE) to NJPW. I know, they'd tower over everyone, and NJPW already has its share of hoss-like gaijin tag teams, but good God almighty how great would Cesaro be in a New Japan ring and how brutal would Sheamus's strikes look? Put them against Ishii and Goto and give them 20 minutes.
Stable - Los Ingobernables de Japon (NJPW) to Lucha Underground I've joked about this before, but do I even really need to explain anything?

Naito and crew to WWE for a little bit, if only for confusion over Daryl, Naito disrespecting people, and Andrade Almas probably running interference and hugging it out with his buddy.
Braun to LU so he can literally murder a guy, comes back to WWE like he didn't just kill a dude in kayfabe.

John Cena working his Prototype persona in LU and coming from the future to destroy Cage.

This is tough, because a lot of my favorites started off in different promotions in the first place.
This is one that may get me drawn and Quartered, but imagine Roman Reigns in the Bullet Club just being his natural self. I think pairing Reigns with GoD would especially be a license to print money. I think Roman's style is tailor-made for Strong-style, and I could see a lot of people doing 180's on him.
And in exchange... let WWE have Tanahashi for a run in NXT. Tanahashi knows how to deliver the goods in-ring, but the change in venue would freshen things up tremendously.

Rosemary (Impact) to NXT. In exchange, WWE gives them the signing rights to Marty Jannetty so Impact can have themselves a new Bram to hire/fire as they please.

Rosemary to LU -- A character like hers will never be able to really be fleshed out and do the things it should be able to do (literally melting others faces off with the mist etc in any other company except LU.
In exchange...they can have Cortez Castro...he started coming into his own at the end of S3 and could be a good addition to the x-division.

Revival, Pete Dunne, Noam Dar, Jack Gallagher to TNA.
So I can confine them to somewhere they won't disappoint me by turning up a show I enjoy.
And to treat the topic seriously....
Lucha Dragons short term exchange for Marco Corleone. Let the dragons have a huge homecoming and get some awesome lucha highlight reels for their return to WWE and give Jindrak, now much more experienced, another shot at being more than a nobody in WWE.

Revival to NJPW for Guerillas of Destiny. GoD face teams like New Day, Bar, and Usos. Meanwhile Revival take a match against the YBs before moving to the heavyweight division and work on adding some Hanson and Brody or MVC type violence to their playbook.
Randy Orton to ROH for Silas Young. Orton brings some star power and crazy heel heat to ROH before he is driven off by someone young that is setup to be their new top face. Silas gets to work on developing his last real man stuff which had stalled out in RoH, IMO.
Sanity to Lucha Underground for the Reptile tribe. Them mixing it up with the different tribes or WWU would be amazing. Reptile tribe goes just for Luchasaurus to get some experience in using his size.

Three came to mind pretty quickly
1) Viper and Tori Storm from Stardom to WWE for Nia Jax and Alexa Bliss. Viper is a better version of Nia and Toni is one of the best outside of WWE right now. Team Rude goes to Japan to work on ring work but are super over.
2) Jason Jordan from WWE to PWG for Jeff Cobb. Cobb comes in as Kurt Angle's roommate or some stupid shit, tears up the ring. Jordan works on character development in one of the places that really allows you to experiment a little.
3) Eddie Edwards from Impact to RoH for Matt Taven. Edwards deserves a second shot in RoH especially with some of the better talent there now, Taven gets in Impact where he could be a great piece for them to build a future around.

Lovely Butchers (Hamuko Hoshi & Mochi Miyagi) to WWE for Nia Jax and Lana
Ice Ribbon gives Nia a chance to sharpen her technical elements and Lana gets to mesh the character work and ringwork to emphasize her entertaining talents with believable offense.
Lovely Butchers get to bring their bombastic charisma to the women's division for a style and persona WWE really hasn't had.

I'm no fan of Bullet Club, openly despise them in fact, but I'm all for Roman getting some time in NJPW. In fact, I wouldn't mind seeing a regular talent exchange between WWE and NJPW. Hell, I wouldn't mind if some of their Young Lions did more excursions stateside to places where I can actually see them. That's how I first became a fan of the man who would become EVIL.
