WWF show. I went to house shows for both companies around this time period. Both main events for WCW would last about 5 minutes and DDP vs Hennig might go ten. WWF house shows seemed to deliver more in their main events and the lower card matches weren't as drawn out like WCW's. I also never got to see Austin live. The ECW show has a couple of intriguing matches in Lynn vs Whipwreck, Candido vs Storm and the main event sounds fun. I would go to the ECW show before the WCW one.

If you asked me in 1998 I'd definitely have said the WWF show. If you'd have asked me in 2002 I'd have probably said the ECW show. But here in 2017 I'd say the WCW show.
I've found that aside from the "BEST" ECW stuff the "rest" isn't that great. I've really soured on Attitude Era WWF and I wonder how much of that show would be wrestling and how much of it would be gonzo comedy. Although I did go to a house show in late-2000 and it was pretty fun. WCW was an unmitigated disaster in 1998 but it intrigues me these days. It could have very well been the worst of the three shows but I think it offers me more I haven't seen.

WCW. Plus it would be another chance to go to Skyline for some 4 way.

The WCW would almost certainly be guys just dogging it at a house show, so no I would not go to that one. The WWF card would probably be pretty decent. But man the ECW show could potentially be really fun stuff if that Sabu/RVD vs. Dudleys match delivered. Candido/Storm would likely be a terrific match, and Lynn/Whipwreck would be as well. Besides the atmosphere would probably make it the most wild and fun to go to.
Basically I'd say that WWF card has the most potential to at least be solid from top to bottom, the WCW would probably be the most disappointing, and the ECW would be wildly up and down, with some awesome stuff mixed in with some trainwreck garbage.

It could have very well been the worst of the three shows but I think it offers me more I haven't seen. Looking back I probably would have said ECW anytime from 1997 to 2002. But you are right about the "rest" of ECW being pretty bad. As far as Attitude Era WWF, the live shows I saw during the period were actually pretty solid and more straight forward wrestling. Gimmicks played parts at times with certain wrestlers, but it wasn't like the tv shows at all. I saw more WCW shows at the time than anything. I am happy that I got to see Nitro in early '98, it was a blast and I got to see a lot of top stars. Seeing the luchadores live was a lot of fun and really got the crowd going. But the house shows weren't that great outside of getting to see Jericho/Malenko in the midcard shortly before Jericho left for WWF. Many of the main eventers would "phone it in" for the house shows and worked short matches, just getting their stuff in and going home. If this show had the luchadores and top worker midcarders like Benoit/Guerrero/Jericho/Saturn/Malenko, even Booker T, that would be fun. But the lower card on this show is pretty craptastic and you have to realize those guys are all working 15-20 minute matches.
