On the first of January, no less. You can probably guess the top five, if you're familiar with the show.

I have to imagine this is the first time the same artist took both of the top two worst slots.

I mostly agree with this list but I gotta be honest I quite like “Thunder”, “Believer”, and “Shape of You”
Do I think they’re amazing songs? Eh not really but I enjoy listening to them.

There wasnt one song on that list that was interesting enough to count as crap.
2017 was definitely the worst year ever.

Has anyone ever appeared in the top ten THREE times before? Ouch. What's his beef with the Logic song? He states in the video that many people listed it to him as their single worst song of the year, but he gives it credit for good intentions. The only part he thinks is outright bad is Logic saying "Who can relate? WOO!" in the song which is just a massively tone-deaf part of the song considering it's a celebratory note in a song about suicidal thoughts.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}It says a lot about how shitty the music of 2017 was when Despacito didn't even make the list.

Another list where I like most of the entrants, lol. Despacito should've been on there, though.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}Has anyone ever appeared in the top ten THREE times before? Ouch. Well Kesha showed up 3 times in his top worst 6 songs I didn't review in 2010. Granted that had two lists Kesha showed up twice in the didn't review list and once in the I did Review pile. Usually he caps them at 2.

I thought Beyonce or Black Eyed Peas did at one point but I couldn't find a list of all his top 10s and I wasn't going to watch all of them

Music-wise, 2017 will probably be remembered most for the Self-Destruction of Taylor Swift and it seems Todd agreed with me. What the hell happened there?
Pretty solid list. though I actually like trap music. But man that Gucci Gang song is awful.

I think 2017 was the year I officially became completely out of touch with pop culture because I spent much of the year confounded at the success of Imagine Dragons and Ed Sheeran.
Imagine Dragons seems like a perfectly likable set of human beings, as seen by their performance with REO Speedwagon on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" or the way they helped out a Rhode Island family who suddenly lost their daughter last year, but man is their music just garbage. Every single they've produced sounds like it was made exclusively to be played over a commercial for Verizon or Microsoft or some other tech behemoth. I can't possibly imagine listening to their music voluntarily and being like, "Yeah, this is a catchy tune."
Ed Sheeran, I mean, his music is limp, bland elevator music but artists have been succeeding at making limp, bland elevator music for a while and that's clearly not stopping any time soon. (Sam Smith and John Legend, I'm looking in your directions) But what truly baffles me is this perception that he's a sex symbol. Like, I'm far from an attractive man and I shouldn't ever be throwing stones at another man's looks, but what in the hell do people see in Ed Sheeran? I'm perplexed by the Benedict Cumberbatch fawning, but he at least looks like a stretched-out Patrick Swayze on a good day. Ed Sheeran looks like what would happen if a Cabbage Patch Doll grew stubble and gained sentience.

I think I can get Ed Sheeran's popularity as nonthreatening British white dude. Because Todd's right: Charlie Puth has more sex appeal than Ed Sheeran.

I know it is popular to hate this song, but I actually like "Believer" by Imagine Dragons
"Thunder" though.......yeah, that song sucks.
