I NEVER want to hear anything bad about the Patriots fanbase after tonight. Because they at least would have not acted like this. Every Fanbase acts this way when their team wins the big one, especially when it's their first big one. People blow this shit WAY out of proportion and I'm more sick of it than anything else. Stop lumping an entire fanbase with some idiots, it's tiring to see it here and everywhere else, acting all high and mighty like "WELL WE WOULDN'T DO THIS", yes you would, every effing fanbase does, you wouldn't personally just like I wouldn't personally, but every fanbase has THIS, it's not special. 2004: Boston Red Sox win World Series Boston Red Sox fans had to wait 86 years between World Series titles, so naturally they took that bottled-up emotion and rioted after Boston swept the St. Louis Cardinals in the 2004 World Series. As a result, 37 people were arrested as a result. Less than a week before that, a 21-year-old student was accidentally killed by a police projectile fired to disperse a crowd celebrating a Red Sox victory over the New York Yankees.

No, they don't. I'm sorry, but they don't. I wish it was true that Philly gets a undeserved bad rep, but they really don't. I know there are plenty of good fans out there, but sadly most of them don't actually live in Philadelphia. You were warned about this shit when Philly beat Minnesota, seriously, cut the shit, and stop trying to ruin everyone's good time with your bitter attitude.

We won a Stanley Cup, an NBA Title, a World Series, and now a Superbowl We have nice things and The City remains standing through each one. Cut the crap. And almost every time, the city goes into a bit of chaos. As does literally every team who wins a Championship Stop acting like Philly is different. Again, Mods warned you about this.

They have acted like this after a win in places like Denver, Chicago, San Francisco of all places. They do this crap everywhere, in every country. It's stupid I agree, but they do it.

I'm not condoning the actions of idiots either, I'm just saying acting like Philly Fans are Scum Barbarians and every other fanbase is holier than thou is some wicked hyperbole and bias towards this fanbase.

I know how they feel, it's people unleashing so much anxiety in really stupid ways. I understand it, but I would never take part in it. I'm just so happy my team won, it's still pretty damn surreal. I won't let salty people monitoring police scanners, and other usual suspects to bring me down.

I won't let salty people monitoring police scanners, and other usual suspects to bring me down. Neither will I. Because again, it happens everywhere, if some people choose to believe Philly is any worse than any other fanbase, then they can choose to believe that fantasy and hold it against them. We're champions. That's all that matters. No one is taking that from us with their attitudes.

My dad had been yelling that before he went to bed.
In the end, the Eagles would win by 1 instead of 8, but I don't want to hear about how the Patriots one call advantage in a blowout cost the losing team the game (looking at you, Buffalo).

That's crazy. It's only a game. Yeah but it happens with every team who wins, people wait decades for this, when the Cubs won it was mental insanity too, when Cleveland won the NBA Title, same thing, when Boston broke their World Series curse. Long waits are a huge blowoff...

My dad had been yelling that before he went to bed. I'll just copy paste the factual reply they got because I'm tired of this "It is a legal formation...The down judge called him on the line but officials don’t literally put receivers on the line, they place them a couple feet behind the line so they can see false starts and the ball" Also that dudes account congratulated the Eagles and said they played a great game with a deserved win in the end, so... yeah.

I'm glad the Pats lost. I just wish it wasn't against the Eagles. Brady/Belichick are 0-3 against the NFC East in the Super Bowl.
Congrats Eagles fans. And stay safe if you're in Philly. *Botchamania 'HUH?' sound effect*

This is the third straight time and 5th time in the last 6 instances where a Super Bowl in a Winter Olympic calender year saw a first-time Lombardi Trophy winner:

You do know that I edited it to say that even if that play was called back, Eagles win by 1. It was more of a shot at people who said the one incompletion in the Buffalo game caused the Bills to lose despite it being a blowout.
