RU-SEV DAY! RU-SEV DAY! RU-SEV DAY! RU-SEV DAY!
JOHN CE-NUHHHH SUUUUCKS! JOHN CE-NUHHHH SUUUUCKS!
YES! YES! YES!
Let's hear it for the husbands whose wives have gotten over vicariously through them!
In particular Rusev, who is so over right now that he got *LANA* cheered.
During a match.
That she was a participant in.
On Rusev Day.

Much less mean-spirited than the last time this happened, I think.

I actually had a bet that there was going to be a thread about the chants for the women's husbands being misogynistic.
Edit: Also Beth was the only one not to get anything related to her wrestler husband. I was also glad Nia managed to avoid any Enzo references.

I always forget she's dating an Uso (I never even remember which one). I assume the crowd does as well lol

Much less mean-spirited than the last time this happened, I think. To be fair, the only way it could have been MORE mean spirited is if Paige was in and they started singing "Brad Maddox jizzed on you" to the tune of "La Dona E Mobile"

Much less mean-spirited than the last time this happened, I think. First time that comes to mind was the match where the chants were "You suck Cena" and "You suck Uso", and then some beacons of human goodness started to chant the N word, so there's only up from the bottom of that barrel.

Whoawhoawhoa. When did this N word one happen? On the UK tour shortly after Mania 31. Wasn't some huge all-arena chant, but it was audible.

Much less mean-spirited than the last time this happened, I think. Yeah, the way I look at it is at least they're getting a positive reaction. I honestly think that was the happiest any crowd has ever been to see Brie Bella. Rumble crowds still want to see Bryan get in there so bad, at least they had someone to channel their heat to for that match.

If Layla would of appeared, I know there would of been chants of "Rally Up" for her husband Ricky Ortiz
Or there would of been no chants for him

Imagine if AJ Lee showed up. That would've gotten a huge CM Punk chant and half the forum would've been pissed.

Yeh,i'm completely biased in this case,I think some girls(AJ,Naomi for example) arent dependant of their relationships to make a big splash.Makes me happy there was no Uso chant.

The Rusev/Lana thing is symbiotic though. After all, what started getting Rusev face cheers before they added the Rusev Day clincher was the fact that he basically comes across as a big goofy excitable dude who adores his wife. It's a major part of the whole Rusev Day thing, not some optional extra that gets cheered as a result!
