So even if you won the ecw belt you're still a Boy? Then Tommy Dreamer is the ultimate boy.

Wait a minute wait a minute, Sandman is the most condecorated champion in ecw history and that was a major company. I do concede Sandman is a BOY but not more than Dreamer. Tommy got his ass kicked always and had the biggest BOY career in the wwe.

Another question, what's the correct vernacular for the females who never held belts, were unpopular, and had no respect. Are they female BOY or just girls?
Because Tori/Terri Poch is definitely my BOY.

Because Tori/Terri Poch is definitely my BOY. The problem I have with claiming girls is that most wrestling companies with women's division were never that selective of their champions up until 2015's rise of the WWE's women's division, so there aren't a whole lot of women I would really want to claim that haven't at least held one Women's or Diva's title. That being said, I don't think Katie Lea/Winter won any major titles (and I definitely not counting the TNA Women's Tag titles), so if I had to adopt a girl, it would probably be her.

But there are other criteria for being a BOY, it doesn't matter if you were never a champion if you were popular and respected, Dibiase and Jake are not boys because of that. Luna Vachon never won a belt but she's definitely not a BOY. Katie Lea on the other hand had a boy career.

Crush is a boy though.

Beats me why Disco didn't continue to be featured in the WWF, honestly. Dude was pretty good in the ring and certainly had charisma. The bell rang.

Yoshi Tatsu got me back into wrestling in 2009, so him. Very talented in the ring, actually.

Roadblock Pat Tanaka "Hardwork" Bobby Walker High Voltage Hammer (Flock and MIA only) Sick Boy (might be too talented to qualify as a boy though) Little Jeannie
For the first couple years I was a wrestling fan I had no cable and no access to anything besides WCW Worldwide, and that's why most of my boys are mid-late 90s WCW jobbers-to-the-stars.

I don't think many of the people being listed fit the original criteria because there is a ton of talent.
Mine will also break the rules. Barry Darsow. Barry Darsow was VERY talented. And I'm not talking about Krusher Kruschev or Smash - both were very successful.
I'm talking about 1997-2000 WCW Saturday Night and Worldwide Jobber Barry Darsow who would wrestle a 5 minute match every week, lose most of them, but manage to say the words "stinkin" and "bum" about 68 times each over the course of his appearance. I looked forward to it every week.

If we're using it in the same sense the OSW guys are, we can probably remove "respected" from the criteria.
Hell, OSW's crew contained Christian, Matt Hardy, Finlay and William MF'ing Regal and everybody respects at least two of those people.
