I just figured this would be a good discussion.
For me, the New Day, Cena, Goldust, Orton, and yes, Kane. I don't need to see Kane in major angles on my screen every week, but damn if he hasn't contributed to some memorable moments.

Easier to list those I won't miss.
Gallagher, Dunne, Dar, Revival, Benjamin, Hawkins, Ryder, Roddy Strong, Shane, Nigel, Coach.
I'll miss everyone else on roster currently.
Except maybe Bryan. I miss the Bryan who main evented Mania. After then he's just been a bit of a douche and not in an entertaining way.

In terms of current guys on their way out or gone already
Show, Henry, Kane, Cena (has one foot out the door), Sheamus(Injuries is finishing him) and even Lesnar assuming his contract expires and he doesn't come back

Since it seems imminent, Sheamus. He's had ups and downs, but he's always been a damn fine big man worker, and his work with Cesaro has been top notch.

Jeff Hardy. AJ Styles.
Nearly anyone else I'd miss are already gone. Or not seemingly close to retirement, so I'm not really even thinking of it.

Jericho.
Edit - before we say he's not currently employed in the WWE etc, I count his stints as being an active wrestler as he hasn't called time on his wrestling career.

Jericho - A living legend and a guy who "gets" the business. Was able to come up with some old school wrestlers while also being a part of the modern generation. The amount of times he was able to reinvint himselft is a testemant to how good he is.
AJ Styles - watched him from his early days to now. Was at an indy show and he came down and sat next to me and watched a few matches as a fan before going to the back to wrestle. Awesome to see a guy go from that to being one of the biggest stars on the planet. First guy I've ever followed for an entire career.
Young Bucks/Colt Cabana - broke down the wall and revolutionized indy wrestling and presented a viable alternative to the WWE.
