Ziggler and Alberto
Orton I usually don't give a shit about but I did enjoy his Age of Orton run and his tag team with Bray. Ziggler and Alberto I don't think I've ever enjoyed.

Alex Riley. Dude defined the word CAW for me. Would you say it to his face? Despite all his rage he's still a rat in a cage. Kofi Kingston. He's funny, he's talented, he seems nice, there's just something about him that I can't stand.

I don't think there has been an occasion, across either incarnation, where I remotely cared about Sin Cara or saw him as anything but a boring waste of time.

I never cared one bit for Del Rio during either WWE run, but I actually enjoyed watching him in Lucha Underground. Jinder Mahal is someone who could go back to being a jobber and I would never notice. Baron Corbin is finding his way, but he's still not convinced me to care.

The Colons. The closest I came to caring about them was when Rosa was managing them and did her entrance shimmy.
The Usos. They just do nothing for me.
Becky Lynch. It's weird, because I will readily admit she's one of, if not the best woman wrestler they have, but nothing she does interests me for some reason.
Sami Zayn. Similar as Becky, in that I recognize he's a great worker, but every time I see him, I audibly sigh.

Alex Riley. Dude defined the word CAW for me. Getting forced into a thousand threads where his name had zero reason to come up. When he was innocently brought up and then seeing inane arguments on him being this incredible underappreciated god amongst men. Those two things are what I know him for. I never would have thought about him 10 minutes after waching him in a match if not for this board. Hell I can remember like two matches I ever saw him in. All my memories of him existing are due to this place and the chaos.

I miss the Alex Riley drama, but it's easy for me to say that since I'm not a mod.

Shelton.
He's so boring and lacking in charisma it makes my head hurt. I don't care how many spots or leaps he did in his prime, it was invalidated by how dull he was.

Test - just screamed mediocre, I did slightly warm up to him when he teamed with Steiner, but never enough to care
Bobby Heenan - I don't know if this counts, but I always found him unbearable as a commentator and felt guys like Jimmy Hart and Lou Albano as far better managers
The Miz - this is obvious, but outside of his longevity for not getting injured, I don't find anything about him as impressive
Luke Harper - saw a lot of his stuff as Brodie Lee..just didn't see the hype
Scotty 2 Hotty - probably just the gimmick, but came around at a time when goofy guys like him were fun to watch get the shit beat out of them
Tommy Dreamer - quite possibly my least favorite wrestler ever, I hate everything about him and cannot fathom how far he made it with as little as he has
The Road Warriors - the more I thought about it, the more I realized I never cared for them despite them being a constant memory for years and years
Other than that, most people get a pass at one point or another. I liked Mysterio in WCW for example, and RVD got the title at a time when I legitimately would've been okay with anyone as champion other than Cena....well maybe except for Dreamer.

I genuinely wonder what everyone else is seeing in the Miz. He had one good promo and that's it, his IC title reigns are always shit.

Hate to speak ill of the dead, but Umaga. He felt silly goofy instead of threatening to me. Not too into the Three Minute Warning era Jamal, either?

Randy Orton. I'd stopped following regularly by the time Evolution was up and running so I only saw bits and pieces but I don't think I've ever cared for or about him. The closest I came was when he was punting but then no one ever gave him comeuppance so that was a giant waste of time.
Del Rio.
There are likely others but a lot of them I have cared about at one time or another. I was the perfect age for the attitude era and Monday Night Wars, so while I will readily admit the nostalgia acts from that time are stale (minus maybe Sting and Goldberg who I definitely marked for) I did care for them once upon a time.
