The Four Horsemen.
No matter the incarnation I have never remotely found them interesting.
As singles some of them are OK.
I'd say Eddie Guerrero but in WWE be had some great cheating tactics when a face.
HHH. God, he sucks on every conceivable level. Would have made a great Horseman.

Never? That's tough. I hate Bray and Orton and Roode but Bray in NXT, the Legend Killer and Beer Money were all great.
So Drew McIntyre- Probably the most boring wrestler I have ever seen.
Michelle McCool- I thought she was abysmal and had negative charisma.
The Bellas- I always thought they were utterly useless.
Brutus Beefcake- Surely everyone hates him right?
Big E Langston- To me he's just completely average with nothing special at all. The weak link in New Day, though they as a unit have also always been trash.
Eugene- Hated that twat from the second he showed up.
The Godwins- Bloody hated those guys so damn much.
Ted Debiase Jr- Utterly devoid off chraisma.
Curtis Axel- Just plain sucks.
Hacksaw Jim Duggan- Utterly trash yet never loses for some reason.
Hulk Hogan- Despise him. Always have. Always will.
The Undertaker has bored me to tears for 90% of his career, but his heel run in 2002 was gold.

Jack Swagger. I didn't "hate" him or anything but he was an instant fast forward. Then throw in a feud with Del Rio?! Yeesh.

Hate means you do care, just on a negative level.

TM-61 are the epitome of "oh, those guys are still employed?"
Also, to a lesser extent, Street Profits. Ford seems alright but Dawkins is terrible as always - combine them and you get a big dose of "meh."

Alex Riley. Dude defined the word CAW for me. Getting forced into a thousand threads where his name had zero reason to come up. When he was innocently brought up and then seeing inane arguments on him being this incredible underappreciated god amongst men. Those two things are what I know him for. I never would have thought about him 10 minutes after waching him in a match if not for this board. Hell I can remember like two matches I ever saw him in. All my memories of him existing are due to this place and the chaos. Those CATCH_US Alex Riley thread hijackings were entertaining as hell for those of us who don't have to moderate, lol.

Bray Wyatt is my least favorite wrestler of all time. His promos are nonsense and his matches never captivate me.
Nobody that feuds with Wyatt ever comes out of it better than before.

I really appreciated the subtlety of it after awhile. "This wrestler isn't doing really great in his spot. But do you know who would excel in this position, considering four years ago the crowd popped for him...?"

Ezekiel Jackson. The patriot.
Nearly any other wrestler with any longevity had at least one moment where I gave a shit. Even Del Rio threw a teddy bear and was entertaining for one night. Swagger had an eagle for a while. Jinder was the fun one.

Alberto Del Rio is the only one I can think of. There are guys like CM Punk and The Miz that I think are massively overrated, but they've still done stuff I like or found interesting. There is none of that with Alberto. Bland recycled gimmick (outside of his ring announcer). Bland music. Bland look. Bland matches. Bland promos. Seems like a douche in real life. About the only good thing he ever did was make a funny face during his entrance when he realized he had to defend his title in the collapsed ring at Vengeance 2011. Almost nothing else he did has interested me in the least.

You know what, yeah, I don't want to turn this into "That" thread, but yeah, HHH absolutely. The best part of the past two decades have been everybody in the company screaming from the mountain tops about what a great, influential, all time legend he is, and just.....I don't see it. All I see is a mediocre performer who was smart enough to buddy up to the right people early in his career. Without that?
