No, this has nothing to do with politics...just letting you know. Let's not turn this into a debate about whether Stephen Colbert is funny or not or whatever.
I must simply state one thing:
A shredding contest between The Decemberists' lead guitarist, Chris Funk, and Stephen Colbert...introduced by Henry Kissinger..
...possibly the collest thing I have EVER seen. Ever.
And Chris Funk is really quite good.
Edit: Oh my god, he has the Rick Nealson 5-head guitar. This is amazing
Edit x2: Peter huging Frampton. This really is the best thing EVER.

That was awesome. The ending had Rick Nielsen joining Frampton, Chris Funke, Colbert and Robert Snyder to do the Colbert theme song, pure brilliance

Definitely pure brilliance. I had to record that...it was just absolutely amazing. I couldn't believe how cool that was, and totally unexpected. At least for me.

That was indeed asskick-alicious (just caught the replay). I may have to give the Decemberists a listen (despite the posts saying they suck). That was damn good.

Great show. I'm a Decemberist's fan, so I loved it, and the Frampton cameo was brilliant.
